Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home’s size, location, and amenities. The sectional was purchased new in June 2023, but unfortunately hasn’t held up as we hoped. We already had plans to replace it this off-season. As for the odor, we haven’t had any other complaints and believe it was a short-lived issue. During our quarterly HVAC maintenance, a duct leak was found and repaired, which we’re confident resolved it. The home has not had any water damage during our ownership. We truly appreciate your comments and are happy your family enjoyed your stay!
