The living and dining space opens directly onto the large terrace with expansive oceanfront views, and the south-facing walls retract for true indoor-outdoor living with the most incredible views of Los Arcos.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

A $500 MXN PESOS per night as a resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Maxwell Residences.

Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.

Starting March 1st, all renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. This replaces the previous practice of holding guest IDs at the entrance.

Due to scheduled maintenance, the third-level pool and restaurant will be closed from May 7th to July 20th. All other amenities remain available, including the rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar, which will continue to operate normally.

CONCIERGE:
The on-site Concierge team is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and can arrange a wide variety of additional services such as antigen and PCR Covid-19 testing, airport private transportation, SPA treatments, private Chef experiences (cooking classes, tequila tasting, appetizers, and bartender service), food & drinks fridge pre-stocking, tours and activities, and many more!

RESTAURANTS:
- The 3rd-floor bar opens at 14:00h and dinner service at 18:00h to 21:30h.
- The rooftop terrace Restaurant & Bar is open 08:00h - 18:00h.
- Room Service from 8:00h to 22:00h.
-The Restaurant is credit or debit card only.

POOLS:
- The 3rd-floor Infinity oceanfront pool and hot tub are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- The Rooftop terrace Infinity oceanfront pool and hot tub are open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

FITNESS CENTER:
- Fully equipped, oceanview, open 24/7, no reservation needed.

PARKING:
- One parking spot is available in an underground garage.

The Neighborhood:
This oceanfront condo is located in Conchas Chinas just steps from the beach and minutes away from the culture and action of Zona Romantica.

Getting Around:
You can easily walk to Zona Romantica in 10-15 minutes, or take a 2 minute Uber costing only $5. There are two quiet beaches located in front of the condo, and you can walk to Los Muertos Beach in about 5 minutes.

Directions:
Head south on Highway 200,
Turn Right on Santa Barbara,
then take an immediate short left onto Amapas, then immediately to your right - you will approach the Indah Building entrance. The entrance is about 100’ down the road. (It's behind the old but newly remodeled Casa Pedro)

What is Indah?
Indah is a condo building with 46 units that are privately owned. The staff offers the perfect - superior vacation for any guest, it is a different experience than what a hotel can offer. Guests get to enjoy the comforts of an owner resident & amenities of a place and team ready to enhance your stay.

How to get to the beach:
Take the street outside Indah, follow it down for about 200mts, and turn right. This is a Public Beach.
We are really fortunate to have the beach almost right in front. From Indah tower is 1 block.

IMPORTANT House Rules:
- speakers are not allowed at the pool
- strict quiet hours after 11pm
- no music on the balcony any time
- no smoking in building including balconies
- no parties
