Green Mountain House - Breathtaking Scenic Retreat

Welcome to our stunning Vermont retreat with long-range scenic views! This spacious home sleeps 12 people and offers an array of amenities for your ultimate comfort and relaxation. Situated on 300 acres of private land, you'll have ample space to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of nature. This secluded haven is perfect for a memorable getaway with family and friends.

The space
You will approach the property on one of Vermont's scenic dirt roads and take the half mile driveway up to the house where you are greeted with breathtaking views. The house is surrounded by mountain views and 300 acres of private land. You can enjoy the views and especially sunset from the outdoor patio. Upon entering the home you will see sweeping double height space for the main living room and dining areas with a view of the mezzanine. The kitchen is spacious and features all modern appliances. Feel the warmth of a soapstone wood stove while you relax in the living room.

There are a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 with king sized beds, 2 with queen sized beds and one with 2 single beds. Two of the king bedrooms have private full bathrooms, while two full bathrooms are each shared by two bedrooms (two entrances with locks). Upstairs is a common space full bathroom with a two person sauna.

On the first floor is a weight lifting gym area and a full sized laundry room which will allow you to extend your stay even longer. There is a separate office upstairs with a desk, skylight and chair making for a quiet place if you are working remotely.

You will find this home perfect for a family reunion or friend getaway with the many separate bedrooms, bathrooms, two living spaces and expansive outdoor area. The location is great for biking (gravel, mountain biking or road riding), walks, hiking nearby, river swims or exploring other parts of Vermont.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire property available and private to them during their stay. There will be garage space available for any equipment you may have and be looking to store such as bikes.
