The views from the enormous wrap-around balcony show the Intracoastal, the Atlantic Ocean, and Downtown West Palm Beach. Just a few minutes walk away from shopping, restaurants, and the Kravis Center! The beach, Clematis Street, and Palm Beach Island are all within walking distance as well. All an easy walk, bike, or drive!
The home itself is open and light with large windows to make the most of the excellent views. Room darkening shades in the bedrooms. Subzero refrigerators + wine fridge, Thermador stove/oven. Fully equipped with all your basic needs plus many thoughtful extras.
This Luxury A-Level Concierge building has all the amenities! Beautiful pool deck with outdoor kitchen facilities, large fitness center, massage room, club room, sauna, etc. Parking for 2 cars. Can be self-park or valet (tips included in the rate so no need to tip). Pet friendly. One month minimum rental. Association approval is required but is quick. Maid service can be provided weekly at no additional charge if arranged in advance.
