This is an absolute PERFECT getaway. This is the second time we have stayed in this perfect cottage and we will definitely be back next year. It is clean and well appointed. The location is convenient. The hosts are super knowledgeable and accommodating. Love Love Love!!!

Beautiful Condo on the beach!

We fell in love with this property. Its small, but the perfect size for two people. The owners thought of everything and created a resoursful use of the space! The deck is lovely and the view is ocean front. The location is great!! We made great use of the bikes and enjoyed eating/shopping at Pacific Beach and Belmont. We definitley plan on staying here again!!

This is our fifth stay at the cottage and absolutely enjoy every second no matter what time of year. It’s quaint and cozy with an excellent deck view to the beach. The interior is very well done and equipped, making it a very comfortable stay. Ross and Lori maintain this cottage impeccably.

Mission Beach getaway

this property is as good as it can get for a small group of two adults. One can find properties right on the boardwalk, but they are much larger for larger groups, this one is absolutely perfect for a couple. It really does have an amazing beats view, it is on a nice. Quiet court. It is very shortwalking distance to several good places for breakfast and lunch and several blocks from fun, restaurants and bars closer to Krystal pier. The property, the owners, everything is easy and great. Highly recommend.

Best place ever

This is such a lovely little place! Literally steps to the beach. Amazing ocean and beach view. Quiet little neighborhood and part of the beach, but it's a quick walk to yummy food. The rental comes with bikes, boogie boards, games. The house is small, best for just two people. The owners are so nice and easy to communicate with. Stay here!!

Fantastic location, lots to do

Beautiful in and out. Seemed much bigger than 400sf due to all the storage options and the layout. Premium everything. Large deck with view of the ocean and shrub/perennial border all around. Kitchen has everything you would need for any meal. Loved it!

All That Was Promised

This little gem cottage really is the best on the beach! Perfect for a solo or couple who wants to see the ocean from your window and walk 10 steps and be on the beach and boardwalk. I enjoyed the sun on my patio, the bike provided to get around and a well stocked cottage for my stay. I had zero needs or requests. It was "All that was promised!"

WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL!!!

WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL beach cottage!! It was immaculately clean and so tastefully decorated! Everything was in working condition and directions for use of tv, locks, etc. were clearly explained. We loved having bikes for use and especially enjoyed the large deck with Adirondack chairs….. they even had footstools. The beach was visible from the deck and just a few steps away!!! Sunsets were enjoyed while sitting in the chairs! This beach cottage had everything it promised! We give it a 5+ rating and will stay again if ever in the San Diego area! This cottage is truly a gem!!

This was a perfect place for 2 people. It is steps from the boardwalk and the beach. Many restaurants are in walking distance. We loved having access to the cruiser bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. All the amenities are in great shape and are well cared for.

Great Beach Cottage

A perfect place and location for a relaxed beach getaway!The house is charming and had everything we could need. We especially appreciated the wrap around deck. The owners are very helpful and responsive. As avid walkers who love to explore new places by foot we were able to park our car in the garage when we arrived and not need it until we left! Highly recommend this property. We would definitely book again!

Better then advertised!!

The cottage was beautiful and completely updated. It is truly less then 25 yards to the beach- we walked to the local Ralph’s and the next day road to the Sprouts (with the provided bikes). The kitchen was fully ready to cook and had everything including spices. This was a perfect location to stay with my wife- having the garage for parking made it even better(17ft max) . We were contacted by the owners and they were delightful- we truly enjoyed our stay and keeping the windows open at night and could hear the surf all night long. Can not stress enough the value and wonderful location- we were able to check in early and even check out late with no extra charge- we would stay here again! 100 times better then a local hotel- and your are right in the middle of everything you could want to do-

My husband and I stayed four nights and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. Views are amazing, house is very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Owners are very easy to reach and respond quickly to answer any questions you may have.

Lovely stay

The cottage is lovely and the location is perfect. Ross and Lori are very responsive and helped address some minor issues with a door code. The property was as pictured and all the amenities listed were accurate and available. I would stay again.

Amazing!

This was an absolute perfect place for 2 people! Very well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, at the beach, and everyday items. Location is perfect. One house back from the boardwalk but with a view of the ocean. Comfortable bed, great shower, and plenty of towels. Beach chairs, bikes, and the washer and dryer made our week even better! We completely enjoyed the week at this little piece of heaven!

Cottage Fun!!

The cottage was just as expected. It was very clean with upgraded appliances and everything we needed. My wife and I stayed for 6 weeks with no problems at all. The hosts are very responsive and caring. The location is perfect. We will be back!!!

Beach House Proper

Beautiful spot in the Mission Beach district with easy access to the boardwalk and the beach. Food, shopping and bars all within walking distance. The house is small, but perfect for two people, clean and in excellent condition with everything you need. If you like the beach, this is a great pick.

Cute cottage right off the beach

This property was clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located. The view from the deck is incredible and gives you the waterfront experience without the traffic. The hosts were great to deal with. I highly recommend this property.
