On the beach

Location is as good as it gets! Building is a little old be redone nicely inside. My only complaint is the rooms back up to the alley, and the alley lights stay on all night. Blinds don’t bock all the light, could use some drapes.

Great Location and Property

Our group had a wonderful time at the property. Waking up to the views of the ocean was unbeatable and there were plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby to relax at after a long day. Overall great experience

Beach front apartment

The space was exactly what my family and I had hoped. Very clean, well designed and comfortable beach front apartment with phenomenal sunset views and overlooking the pacific beach boardwalk. The place was in close proximity to lots of dining and shopping options so there was no shortage of things to do. We would stay here again.

The location is perfect: right on the beach, including great view from the dining area. Lots of restaurants/shops within one block radius of the location. Everything was perfect!

Everything you need, right on the beach

Great property. Clean, well-equipped. Full kitchen, parking space, laundry, fans and heaters for comfort, and the location and view can't be beat. Communication with Elise was excellent. Despite being on a busy part of the boardwalk, it was still very quiet at night. Bathroom recently renovated, very hot water! Would stay here again.

Beachfront Paradise!

What a perfect spot to stay while visiting with our daughter and her fiancé. Loved walking on the beach along with great access to bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return! Wonderful.

Fantastic View

Awesome place. Front bay window looks out into the ocean. Everything we needed was there. Dedicated parking spot. Convenient location with everything within walking distance (stores, restaurants, etc.). Would stay there again.

Right On Mission Beach

We so enjoyed our stay here. The VRBO was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The view from the VRBO’s slider was great. I could easily enjoy the beautiful ocean views. I woke up to porpoises swimming by one morning and on another a sea lion pup was on the beach out front. I loved walking daily in the trail in front of the VRBO. Seemed like a safe area.

Scenic Oceanfront Unit

My wife and I had a great stay at this perfectly located second-floor apartment looking out over the Pacific Ocean from Mission Beach/Pacific Beach. Highly recommended for walking to bars, restaurants and stores, with non-stop walking, running, biking and skating traffic on the oceanfront walkway just below us providing entertainment. Communication with the property manager was timely and highly responsive. With unusually cold weather (for San Diego) in January, we requested a space heater for our bedroom, which was quickly delivered. We would definitely stay there again.

This property has great access to the beach which was why we wanted to stay there. We were also able to walk to restaurants and stores pretty easily. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with utensils, although the kitchen linens were lacking (1 dish towel is not sufficient for a 3-day stay). The cons were: parking being confusing and half a block away (reserved parking in the description is slightly misleading as it is not close to the property), and no A/C on the property and you cannot have the windows open at night due to the noise and pot smoking outside all night long. It as very uncomfortable at night and made sleep difficult.

Beach front perfrction

The pictures are accurate. The beds are comfortable. I felt safe with the locks, and outside caneras. The home was stocked with things we needed. The location was perfect for watching people along the boardwalk, surfers on the waves and even the dolphins swimming.

Great condo!

We stayed at this property 3 years ago and liked the location. Super surprised this time to see the owners had updated the bathroom and kitchen. Also new bath towels and beach towels which was very nice.
