It was so nice to be at the beach. The kitchen of this unit was clean and very well stocked with good quality cook ware etc. The beach decor throughout the unit was cute. Although we didn't use it the double bed tucked away into a small room / area was cute. There were lots of beach chairs available in the garage. The unit is situated directly behind a bunch of volleyball courts on the beach. For the first few days of our trip, it was fun to watch all the people playing. It did get old after that though. The ocean is visable from the unit but mostly what you see is volleyball. The unit is in need of some TLC. Could use some repairs and paint for sure. The throw pillows and upholstery were stained and dirty. The hosts asked us how we were doing shortly after our arrival and then left us alone after that. This was nice. The boardwalk was fun, short walking distance to shopping and better views of the ocean / beach area. Belmont park also a short distance away. We took ubers to see other attractions like Seaport Village, and Old Town etc. The unit is pretty close to everything so uber expense was minimal.
