Tim Arrived at the property on June 4th. The following day around 5pm, Tim text me that he did not stay at the property. I have guests weekly at this property, and not once that someone other than Tim complained that this area feels not safe. Not sure about the neighbor, because I was not there. However, if Tim would look at the reviews from this property, he would realize that there did not even once complain about safety of the area. This area is uptown Franklin Park with stores and restaurants within minutes walking distance. Tim was also able to see the pictures of how apartment looked like before booking it. I am sorry, but to me it looked like Tim's plans had changed and he was trying to leave sooner.

The property states its 1st floor apartment. My Guest Tarcia booked my apartment for 2 people. Tarcia invited more than 15 people to the apartment, (by my lower-level guests), and she told me it was not a party-it was small gathering. My lower-level guest told me they had leave the apartment because Tarcia guests were trying to brake into the lower-level apartment.... also 1st floor was soo loud.
