Welcome to this newly renovated 1 bedroom condo in beautiful Princeville Kauai! It boasts mountain views from the lanai where you can take your coffee in the morning or a mai tai at dinner.

This condo is located close to the walking path that runs along the famous Makai golf course. A 5 minute drive to queens bath, 5-10 minutes to Hanalei town for great boutiques and restaurants. Drive a little further for an amazing day at Tunnels Beach or the world famous Kalalau trail!

Furnished with a king bed, large 65" flatscreen tv in the living room, 50" tv in the bedroom, queen bed sleeper sofa, quartz counter tops, full size refrigerator, stacked washer/dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped newly renovated kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Parking is included for 1 car with an assigned spot.

We also provide great beach amenities including 4 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, a cooler and more (guests have left snorkel gear that you all can use).

Beach equipment (e.g. snorkels, umbrellas, boogie boards) is provided as a convenience only. Guests use these items at their own risk.

The complex at Sandpiper has a great community pool and jacuzzi with BBQ grills ready for steak after a long day of hiking, swimming, and enjoying Kauai to its fullest.

Great Value in a Perfect Location

Affordable unit in a great location. The condo was well-stocked with beach accessories, and we loved having both air conditioning and a washer/dryer right in the unit. Eric, the property owner, was easy to work with and quick to respond to inquires.

Anniversary Getaway

My wife and I wanted a modest, cozy spot with a full kitchen so that we could cook comfortably and also have easy access to all that Kauai had to offer. This place was the spot!

Nice Unit

We really appreciated the renovated style and the modern decor. We had good communication with the host and the unit was very clean. The road noise is considerable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place

Was perfect for my husband and I while we were on the north side of Kauai. It's in a great area and easy to get around from there. Condo had everything we needed. Awesome beach items to take when needed.

A nice place to be!

We had a wonderful time on Kauai and the apartment was really great. It was stylish and very well equipped. Everything was very clean and we felt absolutely comfortable. The supermarket and the shops and restaurants of Princeville shopping center as well as the Hidden Beach are quite close and can be reached by a nice walk along the resort. We would definitely book again! 👍

Lovely stay

VRBO was very clean, accommodating and comfortable. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the upstairs neighbors blaring music and chatting very late into the night. We were very close to a busy street, which wasn’t ideal.

Prince of a stay in Princeville!

This condo at Sandpiper Village was fabulous…exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated with quality furnishings, and Erik was an amazing host…always accessible and fast reacting to any message. The location is ideal for a short walk into Princeville for groceries, ice cream and even live music. We traveled by car all the way around to the western side of Kauai and found that the best location for our stay was right where we started out from. Thank you, Erik, for our very fun Hawaiian vacation!

Amazing place!!

Do not miss out on this wonderful condo! It’s everything as advertised and more. Beautiful furnishings, comfy bed, new appliances/kitchen utensils, new washer & dryer and all the beach items you will need (chairs, boogies boards, towels & cooler. The communication with Erik and Valerie was top notch….the best I have ever had at a rental!

Everything you need

We had a really great stay here! The location is excellent and close to nearby amenities, including a grocery store. Our group of 3 loved being in Princeville and having the ability to walk along the beautiful golf course all the way down to the beach or to the local market. The host was very communicative and kind, and the condo had everything we needed and more. The bed was incredibly comfortable! This condo has AC and it was much appreciated. Parking was also close by and very convenient with a dedicated spot. We were supplied with several beach items including chairs, towels, and umbrellas. We were able to relax and enjoy our time! Mahalo!

Brand new!

This place was fantastic - I was a little apprehensive about the lack of reviews, but the place immaculate! Brand new furniture, looks like new floors and fresh paint, feels like new construction. They have everything you could need in the kitchen as well...I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Would stay here again!

As another reviewer mentioned, we were initially hesitant to book this property due to the lack of reviews at the time, but I'm so glad we did. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The kitchen was well-stocked, the designated parking space was close to the apartment, and the bed was really comfortable. We also appreciated the A/C and washing machine. The lanai was a great place to hang out and looks across to the Makai Golf Course walking path. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we'd come back in the future.

Amazing Location & Comfort

This rental was everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy which is not always the case when you rent a condo. the living area was also comfortable and relaxing. It was great that the owners provide a backpack cooler, umbrella and beach chairs and boogie boards. This allowed us to hit the beaches comfortably. We loved being able to sit out on the lanai to drink our coffee in the mornings. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything we needed. The location of this rental was also very nice, only a couple minutes to Hanalai!! Thanks for a memorable and amazing place to stay!!

Exceeded Expectations - Perfect Princeville Getaway

If you are visiting the North Shore as a single or a couple, I cannot recommend this property enough! Not only was the property perfectly centrally located to Hanalei and everything we wanted to do, the property manager exceeded all expectations. They had beach coolers, chairs. and boogie boards that we used almost every day packing for our beach trips. Additionally, the property itself was very clean and updated beautifully. We really enjoyed the large TV in the bedroom as well as the comfortable private balcony. The host was very quick to respond to all requests, check in and dedicated parking made it very easy, and the area itself was just perfect. We will be coming back and be recommending to all!

Makes you feel at home

This was our favorite accommodation across all the islands we visited. The spacious apartment is new, stylishly furnished, very well equipped and clean. It looks exactly like the pictures. You feel at home and can relax in the living room or on the terrace. The pool in the complex is also good to rest your legs after excursions. The parking lot is right in front of the apartment. The host was very friendly and asked if we needed anything. The arrival, check in and check out was easy. Would love to come back. Thank you!

A couple days in Princeville.

We have been coming to Kauai regularly over the last 15 years and spend a few days on both north and south shores since they are so different. This is the first time staying at Sandpiper. We were staying on island 3 weeks this time and wanted to stay more budget friendly and this place fit the bill I am giving it 4 stars based on the level of place it is not on the effort of the host. The place was very clean, had nice furniture and the A/C was definitely a plus. I would have appreciated more than a half role of toilet paper for 4 days, maybe some tools for the grill, and the kitchen could use some more equipment. Another suggestion on improvement would be more than two towels for two people. I know there were 4 turkish towels but we had to choose whether to use them for the beach or shower. When a person is coming to the island for such an expensive vacation, the last thing they want to worry about is toilet paper, washing towels and doing the laundry for the towels and bedding before you leave.
