Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, two-bedroom apartment just 4 blocks from campus. The apartment boasts king beds, a huge granite island, a 58"SmartTV with access to your favorite apps for your logins, and all the comforts of home. You will enjoy convenient parking and easy access to everything Bryan and College Station has to offer.

1.4 miles to Kyle Field
- This is a very mixed neighborhood: there are grad students, undergrads, and community of Bryan residents in a colorful mix of races, ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic status with multi-million dollar student high rises next door to community housing - As this unit is very near campus, it is also near the train tracks that divide east and west campus

Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front. One turn and your on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

$20 plus HOT taxes per pet (2 pet max)

Perfect!

This property was perfect for a birthday trip to attend a Aggie basketball game!! The location was so close to everything that we planned to do and the property was clean and was very comfortable for us.

Clean and comfy

The bed was soooo comfortable that I went online and ordered the same pillows before I left. Place was very neat and clean and suited us perfectly for an overnight stay. Very close to A&M which we wanted.

Perfect location, great stay

Of course we give this place 5 stars! This is our second stay in this apt complex and it is close to everything. We drove- but it would not be too hard to walk to Campus, or Northgate. Mattresses are comfortable, place is super clean and the thoughtful touches like dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, make up wipes are greatly appreciated. Can’t wait to visit my Aggie again.

Perfect!

The area was just as described and as it is shown in the pictures. Even though it is a college neighborhood it was surprisingly quiet. Everything was decorated nicely and the apartment was stocked adequately. Very clean! Owner/manager very quick to respond and helpful.

Adorable Apartment and close to everything

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was SO clean and updated and close to campus. :) The king beds were super comfy and the kitchen was HUGE! We would stay here again for sure and most definitely recommend this quaint home away from home. Thank you Randy and Kelly for being great hosts. Gig 'Em!

I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts. We like to consider ourselves as “inn keepers” and do everything we can to take great care of our guests. To date, we've hosted over 1,700 guests. Relationships are the best part of AirBnB. Our properties are dedicated to guest enjoyment, with huge TVs, great beds, and interesting design.
