Beautiful condo!! Bed was super comfy too and overall such a great place. The only negative I would say is they need to update the outdoor furniture but we loved our stay and RealJoy Vacations made it a great transaction.

Enjoyed the entire stay and amenities. Condo was as expected. Close to restaurants and activities. Just wish condo had several hooks to hang bath and beach towels on.Enjoyed the pool and easy access to beach.

This unit, 209, is an excellent bargain and a well kept secret! The kitchen is awesome and perfect for cooking some of your meals while Under the Boardwalk Bar and Grill offers excellent food and drinks. Thank you for a great and memorable stay!

The condo had everything we needed. It was unclear if we needed to buy a parking pass and wrist bands or if it was included. It was not included and unfortunately the website wasn't working but the security guard was able to get us taken care of.

I apologize for the confusion about parking passes and wristbands and that the website wasn’t working — glad the security guard was able to assist. We’ll update the listing and check-in instructions to clearly state that parking/wristbands are not included and report the site issue so future guests don’t encounter the same problem. Patio furniture should be replaced.Little work needed on all drapes. Not any worse than other units we stayed in.

We actually stayed in this same exact unit last year and had a wonderful experience. This year was a different story. As we walked into the front door, we notice the unit had a funky smell. Everything was damp, including the couches and toilet paper. The unit was not cleaned very well and we noticed puzzle pieces on the living room floor. Chips were on the floor behind the night stand in the first bedroom as you entered the unit. A pony tail holder was on the bathroom floor. This is not how we wanted to start our vacation.RealJoy properties was the leasing company that we had to go through. I will not use them again.

Smelled dirty upon arrival , curtains hanging off rails, patios firnitire and rig deteriorated , ac went out and they had to tape down the doorTo put portable to at least keepMain area somewhat cool. Very disappointing .
