The group representing the host were very helpful and informative. Check in/out were easy. The unit was well represented online. The kitchen & bathroom, however, needed a deep cleaning and both were in desperate need of an upgrade.

Perfect for Our Needs

A wedding brought us to Palmas Del Mar. the hotel was a tad pricey for the couple of nights we were there. Palm view was very reasonably priced and right next door to the hotel. Easy to book and communicate.

From my recent experience VRBO is nothing more than a low value parasite to the connection between property owner and renter. They obviously have NO Property Standard which must be met before they accept the property for rental management. My experience is there is no one responsible for the physical condition of the property they are willing to manage. Take safety as a place to start. Extensive broken tile on kitchen counter is a breeding ground for bacteria accumulation. No handle to open oven door. Access door to back porch needs strong male to open and close without back injury. Uncomfortable sofa from thrift store and worn out furniture are not to be expected in the so called Marco Polo Collection. The VRBO connection is all about the money. SAD!!! After my 4 th experience in VRBO property rentals particularly in las Palmas Del Mar. will not be wasting my money here any longer

Regarding access and communication - our team provides hands-on assistance 24/7 to help our guests in any occasion. We would also like to mention that our team is always available to assist guests during their stay by phone, text message, or email. At no point during your visit were we informed about an issue with the back porch door. Had we been notified, we would have addressed the matter immediately, as we actively maintain our properties and promptly attend to maintenance concerns. In fact, we reviewed the issue after your departure. Additionally, the oven does have handles, and our cleaning service follows high standards to ensure the property is properly cleaned and maintained for every guest. We take cleanliness and guest safety very seriously. Thank you again for your message and for giving us the opportunity to clarify these matters. Beautiful

Property was very nice. The pools were an issue I couldn’t use the hot tub and the beach is a little bit further than what I thought but you still could see it. The accommodations were nice It was a great birthday. The host was very nice.

Great Location

The apartment size was perfect! Close to everything we needed and the beautiful beach. Needs some minor updates but very cozy. We couldn’t use the hot tub on the property grounds because it was dirty and no one cleaned it during our stay. Overall very satisfied.

College golf trip

Host was excellent communicating check in check out and dressing any issues (which were only bc I did not read correctly ). Location was perfect next to Wyndham hotel. Excellent patio and bed was comfortable. Only complaint was spotty television streaming but it did not really matter at all.

We had a beautiful stay at this condo in Palmas. We had everything we needed and more for accommodations. Bed is comfy, the view is amazing and the pools and beach are great! Highly recommend. One thing that was not consistent was the “Welcome Package” was not complete. We had complementary beers but no Don Q rum or soft drinks. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again if available, J & E

Palmas Stay

Wonderful location. Gated property in a gated community. Plenty of parking. Stunning views with large lanai. Full kitchen and laundry. Lots of space with a huge bathroom. Hotel next door with restaurants, bike and golfcart rentals. Walk to everything. Two pools & Jacuzzi. Loved it! Will be back. Chris

Will Stay There Again

Overall, the place was great. There were a few maintenance issues, but nothing major. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The overall size and comfort of the condo was perfect.Would have liked to be able to have a little hotter water, especially in the shower. The dishwasher leaked which I informed the property manager of. They had maintenance come and fix it and it was definitely improved but still had a small leak. The microwave didn't work. Would have been a problem if I was cooking for myself, but since I didn't, the microwave not working didn't really affect me.

My stay in Palmas del Mar was absolutely wonderful. The resort itself is one of the most beautiful destinations in Puerto Rico, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and natural beauty. Waking up each morning to the peaceful scenery and ocean breeze made the experience truly special.Everything was conveniently located, making it easy to enjoy all that Palmas del Mar has to offer while still feeling private and tranquil. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway, a golf vacation, or a base to explore Puerto Rico's eastern coast, this location is hard to beat.I would highly recommend both the apartment and Palmas del Mar to anyone visiting Puerto Rico and look forward to returning in the future.

Palmas 2022

We have been to Palmas Del Mar in Humacao several times, this was the first time we did VRBO. The condo had an ocean view which was across from the hotel. We didn’t cook in the condo, we preferred to go up to Palmonova Plaza for dinner. One day we drove to Luquillo Beach which was about 30 minutes from the condo. Beautiful beach with fresh Pina Coladas.

Puerto Rico fun in the sun

Our overall experience was very good. The condo is very comfortable and stocked with the basics. Our one complaint is that the WiFi was terrible. Palmas Del Mar is a very beautiful gated community. The pool is nice and you can walk to the beach but you cannot really swim there nor sit out, it’s not really setup for that. You should know that a car is needed to get around or you can rent a golf cart. This condo is right next door to the Wyndham Hotel. We were able to buy coffee and sweets there but not much more. They do have a restaurant that was pretty good for dinner. Overall we had a great time and would come back.

Not a good experience

The ad said the apartment was for 4 people, but it had 1 king bed and. Sofa bed that was broken. I called to report it, and they did not do anything about it.
