The Relaxing Ranch is a comfortable, recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Tempe, near the 101 for quick access to anywhere in the area. The condo has fast Wi-Fi and is ideal for remote workers or anyone looking for a home away from home.
* Accommodates up to 4 guests.
* 30-day minimum stay.
* 2 parking spots provided - 1 is covered.
* No chores to do at checkout.
The space
* Kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, pots/pans, dishes, cups, utensils
* Washer and dryer in unit.
* Separate dining area, along with a breakfast bar.
* 65" Smart TV in the living room.
* Each bedroom has a 55" Smart TV.
* The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, attached bathroom, and walk-in closet.
* Patio off of the primary bedroom with a bench.
* The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a spacious closet.
* All windows have room-darkening shades.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo except the storage room off of the patio.
Other things to note:
At check-in, guests must fill out a Tenant Tracking Form, which must be provided to the homeowner's association when you begin your stay.
