Bluebird Day has a new riverfront property! Come and enjoy River West, located downtown in the heart of Bend. The location will make it possible to park your car and walk everywhere. This historic mill house was built in 1918 for the excutive management team during the mill days. With still some it original characteristics, we do hope you enjoy the vintage charm of this older home. This home is located right on the river and steps from Miller's Landing Park. The footbridge that is close by will take you over the river into Columbia Park with a playground for kids. You can put your paddle board or kayak right in the water from here. If you decide not to bring your own, a paddle board and kayak is available.

This charming bungalow has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen for those delightful home cooked meals. The private master suite is located upstairs with a king bed, gas fireplace, and its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the main level with queen beds. One bedroom has it's own private bathroom. A cozy living room features a gas fireplace, HDTV, books for those evenings indoors. The private and relaxing backyard with river access, Salt system hot tub, gas grill, fire pit and numerous seating areas is surrounded by nature. This makes a perfect setting while staying right in town.

You are just 30 minutes away from Mt Bachelor Ski resort and the Central Oregon Cascades. Hiking trails, mountain bike trails, yummy food, floating the river, summer concerts, shopping, and Bend's vibe makes a great place for your vacation.
