The condo was great and the location was amazing within walking distance of pikes place and the space needle. Lots of food to choose from in the area. The only complaint was the bar downstairs on Friday night.

Host was great, greeter was great, property is wonderful. If your a lite sleeper there is a very load club across the street and karoake coming from another place during our stay. They only have one key for the building which is a inconvience if you have more than a few people staying. We would stay again when visiting Seattle.

Nice place! We loved it! Clean, comfortable. Clear communication with host. Secure parking. Partial water view from the room. Balcony view gorgeous! We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and sauna. Close to many good places to eat and things to do. Walking distance to the Moore theater, where we attended an event. Pike Street Market nearby. Not far from the ferry terminal.

First off, the apartment was beautiful and had easy access to several delicious restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment building itself. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable upon arrival and the host was very responsive. It was a bit of a juggle making sure everyone who was staying with us in the apartment was able to get into the building due to having one FOB (which is fine, but it makes it extremely difficult between 6 adults with mildly varying plans night by night difficult without one person staying back/hyper-coordinating when everyone will arrive to all get up to the apartment to rest for the night). Getting the FOB was an interesting process that required coordination between the greeter and myself and my husband. If we were getting in at our original late-night time, I don't know if it would have been doable for the greeter to have met us at witching hour, so be aware that if you have a late/delayed flight very late into the night, it might make it difficult to procure the FOB. The apartment also only has one assigned parking space for one vehicle with an associated parking pass with strict building garage rules with safety and security in mind. We were able to work it out with those who were driving, but if you have more than 1 vehicle coming in, I would recommend you research reputable places to park extra vehicles/ride-share to avoid high parking costs or damage considering some of the parking locations' reviews in the area. It was a great stay!

Great Location

Great property and great location. Central location is an easy walk to both the public market and the museums around the Space Needle. Condo and building were both clean and easy check in process. Would stay again

The condo was fantastic. The nuances of the building security were a bit much. I left my phone in the building and we had checked out early. It was hard to get a hold of someone to let us in the building in a timely fashion.

Pre cruise

Communication great, the area at night is like bourbon street in New Orleans ,at night bars are under us plenty of activity. There was earplugs in the room if the noise bothered you. the area for all the tourist attractions was great all within walking distance, even to the cruise port. next to the restaurant there is a bakery that is superb. There’s restaurants everywhere.

Great unit in a noisy area

Excellent host who communicated well. Unit was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the gym and pool. Easy walk to waterfront and nearby cafés. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. Unfortunately the club across the street had us up until 2a the first night. City street noise is one thing, but this was unexpected. Not the owner's fault but folks should know.

Seattle stay

Great location. Very much deserves its walkability score. The apartment was just fine, although it didn’t have a coffee pot and the hot tub wasn’t functioning, which was disappointing. The sign up and check in process was very laborious. We would stay again. .

Host was welcoming and communications were good. The stay however did not match my expectations, which weren't that high considering it's a low floor unit in an older Belltown building. I was expecting street noise and the usual Belltown pedestrian traffic, but I was very disappointed in the unit itself. The place looked better online than in person, but it was the fact that many things were in disrepair or otherwise unbecoming for a vacation rental. There were tattered, faded pillows on the sofa, the primary tub was stained and the kitchen was very sparsley equipped; it seemed more suited for college kids than adult vacationers. The coffee maker didn't work, the oven smoked when I turned it on (so much so that the smoke detector immediately went off) and the kitchen sink would not drain. I spent good money on groceries, hoping to be able to cook, but ended up having to get take-out every day instead. The host did send someone to clear the clogged sink, but it was on my last full day there. There were no apologies, no concessions, just cheerful responses and requests for me to send photos and explanations of the items in need of repair. Not at all how I expected to spend my time at my vacation rental.

Very comfortable and clean

Host frequently checked on us throughout the process. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure all was good. The property was clean and comfortable. We loved the city. An added perk was the cute bakery and coffee shop connected to the building downstairs. Made breakfast very easy. I recommend this place.

Wedding in Seattle

We enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The location was great. It was the lack of sleep due to music being played really loud until 2am every night from the Ora establishment across the street. Maybe let the renters know about this being a possibility. Appreciated the air condition availability while we were there. It was used during the night when all windows were closed. We had a great time.A few recommendations are to check the outlets bc items don't stay plugged in. A few of the rugs need washed or replaced. The shower continues to drip & does not turn off completely.

Fabulous Location/ Excellent Host

We got into Seattle really late due to a delayed flight. We had excellent communication with our host, and were very happy to have them meet us at the location. The apartment is gorgeous' very clean and well apportioned. There is a lovely bakery downstairs for a quick breakfast and an amazing Thai restaurant around the corner (Bankrock Thai). The space needle and pikes market is within walking distance . The pool and spa is right down the hall from the apartment- great for kids to wind down after coming home. Vince was a lovely host, and so kind even through we had a mishap with the parking pass (we left it in a rental car). I know it put him in a bind, but he was understanding and kind about the whole process. Great, great, great stay overall.

Great Location in Seattle

Overall, the apartment was located to many of the Seattle attraction. The private garage was an added benefit. Very secured and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. As a person from Texas we were not use to a place without central AC but that was easily taken care of by opening the windows in the cool Seattle weather. Again, there are a club nearby so if you open a window to cool things off it can get noisy at night. For the price, private garage, and location it was a good place to stay. It was clean and the host was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Also check-out instructions were more simple than other Vrbo properties we have been to. Very simple and easy. My overall opinion is that this was a great apartment in Seattle.

Find someplace else!

Horrible! Host unwilling to give keys to 2 adults traveling on business. Non-responsive to attempts to negotiate/solve problems. Blames victim; takes no responsibility despite promoting self/property as 5*. It’s not. Ghosts me/unwilling to even reply to attempts for refund. What he says is disputed by several reliable sources. Don’t trust him! Unless you want to get burp Find someplace better.
