Welcome to Paradise! 545 Augusta Drive is nestled peacefully among the trees in Augusta Village, a quiet neighborhood located on the bayside of the Resort. This charming cottage comfortably sleeps 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a screened porch, an outdoor patio, an updated kitchen and NEW 6-seat and 4-seat golf carts ! With two resort pools and private beach access within 1 mile of the property, you’re never far from the water’s edge!

545 Augusta Drive is beautifully updated and features an open concept floor plan. The gourmet kitchen overlooks the living area and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a floating island and updated cabinetry. Guests will enjoy an under-cabinet ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker and all the dinnerware and cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends. With seating for 4 at the kitchen island and seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy!

Designed with relaxation in mind, the cozy living area offers plush furnishings and an oversized Smart TV. From the living area, sliding glass doors lead to a screened porch with cozy seating. There is a private patio with an outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a large Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed, a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The “bunk room” offers (2) twin beds, (2) full beds and a Smart TV. The “bunk room” bathroom features a walk-in shower and is accessible to the hallway. With a full-size washer and dryer, complimentary high speed WIFI and parking for 3 vehicles, convenience is key at 545 Augusta Village Drive.

This resort is truly like no other! In addition to seven miles of waterfront, the resort offers 4 championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, and more. And with our 6-seat golf cart, getting there is easier than ever before!

NOTE: Please add the following to the nightly rate - Cleaning $265, Processing Fee & Damage Waiver $210, $11/night Transportation Fee, Tax 12.0%. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations booked through VRBO-HomeAway that are cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 46-59 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the $250 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival will receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance.

Perfect house!

Such a fantastic trip and this house made it so nice! Perfect location, 2 golf carts made it perfect for our large family of 7, great kitchen open to family room made it perfect for gathering. We cooked dinner several nights and they had everything I needed for meal prep! We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for family beach getaway

Just what we asked for

We spent many years with our children at Sandestin in the Augusta Village (next door to this house). When we wanted to go back with the grands, we were very excited 545 Augusta was available. It was a big enough for our now three generations to gather together in the common areas and yet still have our own space. Having the golf carts was a nice luxury for the little ones (we normally bike everywhere). We had one minor issue while visiting -- the host was VERY responsive and had us taken care of in a matter of minutes. Was it perfect? Nothing ever is but it was pretty close and everything we asked for. Sandestin itself is great with lots for a family to do and we will definitely book with BeachBlue again if we go back.

Amazing house - great for multiple familes

There were 2 families - each with 4 people. There was plenty of room for everyone and the bunk room was great for the 4 teens. The living room was amazingly spacious and allowed for a 3rd family staying at a smaller unit - to come visit as well. The golf cart was much slower than others, but got the job done. The extra beach chairs on site were an added bonus as well. The location of the home is decently located between the beach access, downtown and the pool. The hardest thing about Sandestin Resort is coordinating golf cart rides to get anywhere. Overall this hole was amazing for our needs and would definitely recommend it.

Great family stay

House and location was great. This is our 5th stay in the Sandestin Golf Resort and this was probably our favorite house we’ve stayed in. Layout was great for having small kids and plenty of space. There were no bathtubs in the space but the master shower is very large and our 2 younger kids loved showering in there with us so it worked. My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is that the golf cart is the slowest one we’ve ever been on. I’m not sure if the batteries are the correct size or if it just caps out but 16mph is the top speed and in a place where the speed limit ranges between 19-23mph, we were either getting passed or had traffic backed up for a bit while we putted around. The cart is nice, but would be great if it would actually get to the speed limit. That really was the only complaint. We’ll definitely be adding this listing to our favorites for the future.

The perfect getaway!

My family vacations at Sandestin every summer, and we have finally found the perfect house!! The house was Beautiful, everything was clean and cozy, plenty of room for large families. The bedrooms were spacious and all of the beds were very comfortable. We loved having all of the seating in the living room for down time at night. The dining area + stools at the counter also had great seating for family meals. The kitchen was amazing! All the appliances were top notch. And the ice maker was a major bonus! We made great use of the outside seating areas and the grill (which came with plenty of gas tanks so one less thing to worry with). Neal, the property owner, responds very quickly to messages. We had one little issue with the AC leaking after the power went off briefly due to a thunderstorm. After I reached out to Neal, maintenance was there within 15 mins and had the problem fixed in 10 mins. I cannot say enough good things about this vacation, they made everything an absolute breeze! Will definitely book with them for all of our vacations here on out!!

The living room is also huge. Kids got a kick out of that surfboard coffee table and bright teal colors. The kitchen is beautiful and the island is huge. Kids loved eating at it. This was our sixth stay in Sandestin and we had another wonderful vacation in this rental. It was more than enough space for our family of five. My eight year old was absolutely thrilled to have a king bed and his own bath to himself. The bunkbeds were so fun. Our two littles loved sleeping in them. We easily could have fit another family in the unit. If we had, I probably would rent a second golf cart. We love cruising around Sandestin in the golf cart. It's the highlight of our trip. We did two beach days and pool and Baytowne every day. None of us wanted to go home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay was good.. customer service with beach blue was great but issues were never really resolved. First the keurig machine didn’t work properly in the end I went to local store purchased a keurig to use during stay. Second the out door shower didn’t work and if it had worked it was only hot water.. I’m not sure about everyone but who wants to be in 100 degree heat under the Florida sun and wash off sand in a outdoor shower with hot water but it didn’t matter anyway because it didn’t work. Lastly and most importantly before I booked I personally called multiple times ti make sure any pool in the resort had a handicap lift. This was extremely important since my daughter is a paraplegic. I was assured they was a pool lift. Long story short there was a lift but it didn’t work the whole 7 days of our stay despite calling and talking to anyone who would listen on day one.. the gentleman in charge of lift was nice and did offer to help carry Kaitlyn into pool but let’s be honest that is not very convenient and if getting that help was as hard as getting anyone to help with the lift was, u would say it wouldn’t have happened anyway.. this was my third or fourth vacation through blue beach and while I highly recommend them I was a little disappointed with this stay.

Loved our stay!!

Our stay was perfect! Loved the location, size, decor, and furnishings of this home. Very pretty and updated! We only rent places with a golf cart in Sandestin. Our 3 college-aged girls loved the bunk room, and my husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom suite. My only suggestion is to provide more washcloths for a week’s stay. We’d stay here again for sure!!!
