This spacious home in a quiet Fruita neighborhood is ideal for unwinding, with plenty of room to spread out, a private garage for secure bike and gear storage, and easy parking for vehicles. You'll be minutes from Colorado National Monument, Kokopelli Trailhead, North Fruita Desert, Lunch Loops, river access, and more.

The home is very bright and welcoming. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare a gourmet meal. The beds and linens are very comfy. This property provides easy access to the cute downtown area. We were in town for a baseball tournament and if my nephew plays here again next year we will definitely stay here again. The host was outstanding to work with. Thank you!

Wonderful Fruita home with great views

We had a wonderful stay in Fruita, directly across from the Colorado NationalMonument, with easy day trips to Arches National Park and Glenwood Springs and more. The house was clean, beds super comfy and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals.

Amazing place!

I live on the Front Range, but Fruita has always been our family’s favorite getaway. We come here to bike, hike, fish, and enjoy the slower pace of the Western Slope. When we set up this home, we tried to include all the little comforts we appreciate when we travel. I hope you enjoy Fruita — and this home — as much as we do.

This newer neighborhood offers the perfect balance of quiet retreat and easy access to town. We love how peaceful it feels after a day of riding or exploring, and our neighbors have been wonderfully welcoming to guests.

This is a newer home, so everything is clean, fresh, and thoughtfully set up for guests. I stay here myself, which means I’m always adding the items and conveniences that make travel easier — without clutter. My caretaker is a local fine artist who takes exceptional pride in maintaining the home, and it shows.
