Loved it!

The location was so peaceful with the river running through sounds. It was nestled in the mountains. Very clean. Kids loved the mini pool table! Super easy check in and easy to find using GPS! Bummed the pool wasn’t open yet as it was pretty warm the days we were there. Other then that, perfect little condo!

Spring break getaway

Every thing from the beginning ran very smoothly! Had some problems verifying my ids and they were on it immediately got it fixed and we were able to check in early! They also called every day of our stay to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything during our stay! Our condo was perfect for our family! We loved the bunk beds and games! We loved sitting on the balcony and listen to the water fall! It was tucked away in a very quiet part of town but still close enough it was convenient! 10/10 recommend!!

Good loc. bad cust service

Location is good, condo is decent. The customer service is not good!! We checked in at midnight on Friday, only to see 3 bath towels. There are 4 of us. I called early Saturday morning to ask for more towels, I was told they’d be there when we got back. We get in later that night, no towels. I called that night at about 9, the person I spoke to said “They’ll be there in 45 minutes.” They never showed up. I called Sunday morning, I was told they would be there, never showed up. Finally I called Sunday night to explain were checking out Monday morning and that I was going give them a bad review online. Guess what…6 towel’s magically show up, WHEN WE DIDNT NEED THEM!!!! So, decent location, decent condo, TERRIBLE service!!

Check in was at 4 pm. Finally got the info to get in the door at 6 pm. Should get a refund for losing that time in the condo, being that our first night was relaxing in the condo.
