Guests have access to the entire condo as well as all of the facilities that the complex has to offer. TThere is also a coin laundry facility, grills, arcade, and a playground. In the fall / winter, wood should be available for purchase from the office for the fireplace.

Our condo sits at the very top of the mountain above Gatlinburg! Enjoy the privacy of this amazing property but conveniently close to everything as you would be within 10 minutes from downtown and all of the area's attractions!

This newly renovated condo has everything you need for the perfect mountain stay! There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen, as well as 2 bathrooms, and a futon couch so there is plenty of room for the entire family! Enjoy sitting outside on your own patio seeing nothing but the gorgeous mountains that you can only get from being on top of the world! There are beautiful sunset views from every window of the condo as well so make sure to be there at dusk at least one day to take in the breathtaking scenery!

The community also has a pool, basketball goal, and a video arcade so that you and your family can spend hours of fun without leaving! And even though it seems like you are far away from society, downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky National Park is only 10 minutes away!

Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough toiletries and paper products to last 1 - 2 days in case you forget to bring some with you.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Outdoor community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
