Enter a private, enchanted Tiki forest tucked away in Oceano, close to the beach, the lagoon, and easy access to the Oceano Dunes. The darling cottage boasts modern decor and furnishings with many, if not all, the conveniences of home. Fully equipped kitchen includes gas range & oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and breakfast bar with 2 stools. The living room has sofa that folds out to a queen bed (linens are provided), loveseat, and little reading nook with recliner, as well as a flatscreen TV with digital cable. WiFi is included with every stay. Just off the living area is a short hall to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The fully remodeled bathroom has a combination tub/shower and built-in shelves for storing your bath products. The bedroom on the left end of the hall is the queen bedroom and the bedroom to the right has the 2 twins. The absolute best feature of this home has to be the amazing backyard. It's almost like having a park all to yourself! Huge grassy area featuring 2 patios with outdoor seating, sun loungers on a platform along the treeline nestled between the Tikis, and a nice, big fire pit perfect for smores and ghost stories. Come and enjoy this wonderful, unique property! Other things to note: Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay, but require pre-approval and once approved additional charges will apply. Dogs cannot be left unattended, the yard is not completely fenced.
