Low Country Living at its best in Coffin Point Cottage on the water

If you’re looking for the essence of the Low Country, this is it. Spend your mornings relaxing under giant live oaks and drinking coffee on the screen porch. Take leisurely walks and bike rides through historic Coffin Point, collect sea shells on the beach, and be sure to be on the dock by sunset for a view you won’t ever want to leave.
If you feel like adventuring away from the neighborhood, Hunting Island, with white sand beaches and nature trails, is a 15 minute drive, and the rental includes a pass to the Park. On the way home, you’ll want to stop by the Shrimp Shack for the best Low Country Shrimp burgers anywhere. Or pick up fresh seafood to make a delicious dinner in the well-stocked kitchen.
If you’re looking for great shopping and restaurants, the lovely town of Beaufort has plenty to offer. Locally owned boutiques, art galleries and fabulous restaurants are certainly worth a trip to town. There are fun discoveries in every direction, so you won’t run out of things to do no matter how long your stay!
The house is extra-cozy and well-appointed with organic cotton bedding, spacious couches, soft towels and plenty of games, a fire pit and lots of hammocks. This is our family’s home away from home, and we want our guests to feel as special as we do when we come down. There are kayaks and a stand-up paddle board available for use from the dock. Wind down after a great day with drinks around the fire pit or a game of cards from the comfort of the screened-in porch. It’s our favorite place to relax and we think you’ll think so too!
