Just as advertised.

Everything was as described and perfect on the property. The kitchen had everything you could want for daily cooking, there was water bubbler, and ample towels for the pool and bathrooms, everything was clean and in working order, nice quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the stay.

Highly recommended!

The owners were wonderful to work with. Backyard was great with a hot tub and a fire pit. Also a table with an umbrella for outdoor eating. The house was very clean with all the items you will need. Close to shopping, restaurants, and golf. Community pools and pickleball. We are planning to return.

Christmas Vacation

House was perfect for our family. Older kids were entertained with pickle ball and cornhole, while the granddaughter enjoyed the park and running around in the back yard! The hot tub was nice to relax in. The fire pit was nice in the evenings. Great location! Grocery, fast food, restaurants all in a short drive. Plus plenty of golf to be played in the area. We will definetly be back!

San Tan Stay

Your home was great. Had to buy a lemon squeezer and small baking pan and muffin tin. Wish there had been a plug in lose to sofa. Instead we had to run an extension cord over floor and watch that we did not trip over it. Wish bathrooms would have had some rugs in them. We really enjoyed our stay.

Incredible Experience

I can't say enough good things about Irene and the property itself! From the start Irene was very gracious towards us and communicated promptly to all of my questions. Instructions were clear, check-in/out was incredibly easy, and the property was so so comfortable. We had everything we needed: linens, dishes, play equipment, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very spacious; when we were at the house there was plenty of space to lounge on the couches or sit outside on the patio, or enjoy the hot tub :) I would stay there again in a heartbeat, thank you for everything Irene!

Arizona getaway

I liked how the homeowner used my phone number for the key code to the house. No forgetting that! House was clean and uncluttered. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen had enough plates, utensils etc. to meet basic needs. The backyard was quiet and tidy, we enjoyed eating outside and relaxing on the patio. Hot tub was OK. The one thing we did not like was that every room had plug in airwick deodorizers that were overwhelming. I know I'm not the only person sensitive to perfumes...I unplugged them for our stay. We did have one issue that needed the attention of the owner and it was promptly and efficiently taken care of which we appreciated. Neighborhood was quiet and gas, grocery, food options close by. And only half an hour from Mesa airport which we really liked.
