The condo was very easy to access. We had no issues gate and door codes wristband check in at desk for parking passes and bands showed my ID answered a couple questions. It was that quick and easy. The security staff, lobby staff and all were very friendly and helpful. The condo was very nice spacious and clean. The ocean view was beautiful. The Host and everyone was very helpful with any questions and responded quickly. They kept us informed of what I needed to do and know throughout the who process. We had the most fun and enjoyable week. We would love to stay again. Thank you.

Stay at condo was very satisfying

Extremely comfortable, and in an ideal location. I am handicapped, and was able to easily traverse the campus to get to my vehicle, and to visit the venues that I expected to.

Spring Break 2023

Slept 8 comfortably. Condo was as described, early check-in was a huge perk and check-in process was simple. Location of the resort was really good… close to a lot of shops, restaurants, grocery and a 10-15 min walk to Pier Park. Best part about this condo is it’s on the second floor which is the same as the walkover so no elevators!! 2 flights of stairs to the beach. I would stay here again if I come back to PCB.

Great place, nice resort, but…

The resort itself is okay, some facilities were closed and the restaurant was about a 4/10. (Not anything the host can control) So we loved the room- lots of space, and very clean. The view from the patio is actually perfect, I thought it would be lower since we were on level 2, but it was kinda high up. The space was perfect for the amount of people we had in the room.( 2 adults, 2- 18 year olds, 2 kids) Here are the buts -The shower in the master gets hot for 2 minutes and then is freezing cold. This happened every day the entire week of our stay. The other 2 bathrooms were extra hot with no medium. -From the master bedroom, you can hear everything outside and above you. Not sure if it is the same in the other rooms but it became quite annoying. Otherwise, our stay was peaceful and easy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Four Star and usually Tidewater 210. We have been coming six years straight and even have friends that use Four star now because I told them great things. Unfortunately this year was different. We had bugs and a lot of them. About and hour after we arrived a guy came to spray the condo with your typical Ortho Defense spray but said he didn't know of a problem, was just on his list to spray. Then it all started the roaches in the kitchen are crazy and everywhere. I called in but we never seen anyone and even had a burnt teen who was in the condo all day. We did our best with the situation. We had to throw all of our food out and once home had a company come spray just in case we had a straggler. To be honest this may be our last year here due to the bug situation and having the extra cost of food and the exterminator.

I wish the property manager and I could have communicated prior to check in regarding our rental. However we made the best of our stay and the location of this room is the best if you don’t want to wait on elevators. This unit was listed downstairs for sale so please read the agreement regarding showings for future renters.

This condo was amazing, it was on the beach right down the street from Pier Park. I must say it was very clean and had everything you need besides some groceries. We really liked it was second floor and close to the crossover and very close to the elevators. It was a little noisy as other travlers were coming and going but it didn't bother us at all. We stayed 7 days and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Hopefully next year we can rent it again. Thank you for letting us use and enjoy your home on the beach.

We normally don't stay in high rises, but this was a last minute change by Four Star Condos and we were very happy with the switch. We would likely stay here again on our next vacation.
