Great location

The property was great. Excellent location, close to the pier and restaurants and shops. The only downside is that the wait for elevators was very lengthy at times. Other than that, fabulous!!

Hard to beat a place with a balcony right on the ocean

the pictures are great at showing what you are getting. parking was easy, staff was friendly. beach and area were beautiful. Highly recommended. Be sure to take time for a dolphin cruise as there are many waiting to see. could also see pods of them swimming by daily or playing while we swam.

Absolutely perfect

Like others have said the elevators are the only negative to the whole property. The room was super clean and everything was perfect. Easy keypad to enter the room. Easy beach access and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Also appreciate the amount of security on the grounds.

I would not recommend Tidewater Resort!!

Elevators were out! Even when they were fixed it took 20 minutes to get to room!! Also the Resort took up whole beach with their rental chairs I MEAN THE WHOLE BEACH! We had to take our chairs to the front on another condo!! Never will I book at this Resort again!!

Family Trip

Overall very disappointed in wait time for elevators! Ridiculous! Parking is awful! You take up the entire beach with your chairs! Too far to walk to set to tents and unfair to me! I paid to stay here not 30 miles down the beach! I want to walk straight out my door to the beach! Move your chairs over and closer to each other! Refrigerator is rusty and tissue holder is rusty!!!

Quick Get Away

We had a delightful stay in this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 guests. We have 3 daughters, and their guests were guys, so there was plenty of space for privacy for both genders. The ocean view was spectacular. The location was very convenient to Pier Park and restaurants. This was a "spur of the moment", short trip, and the owner was very accommodating in renting it to us on a short notice for a couple of nights. Most of the other properties we looked into would only rent for a week. We will definitely stay here again.

Great senior trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chaperoned my daughter and friends for their senior trip and the condo was perfect. The third bathroom came in handy! The location was perfect, being so close to Pier Park. Only minus was the wait for the elevator was close to 10 minutes a few times but that wasn't much of a problem. We had a great trip!

Good Unit.

Unit was clean. Linen and supplies were adequate. Nicer cookware is needed maybe a frying pan or two needs to be added. Elevators are terrible so be prepared to wait.

Spring break with the family

The room was very clean, there was plenty of extra linen for the children that we had sleep on the sleeper sofa. It was perfect for our family. We hope to return soon!! My only complaint is that the elevators are really slow and we had to take the stairs a few times from the 17th floor.

Great condo

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Condo was furnished well and very clean! Very roomy! The management was great to work with! We did have a small issue with our code on the 4th day but a 3 minute call and it was fixed! The only small concern was the sliding door to the balcony was very hard to get open. I know some of that probably has to do with the hurricane glass but it took some serious strength to get it open but we managed it ;) Will definitely book with four star condo rentals again!! Thank you for helping make our stay amazing!!

Elevators we awful and could of been quicker

Only two things we were disappointed with 1 Elevators were to slow we spent an hour to get on the elevator each time we went out of room 2- cleaning lady came in our room without knocking. That made us feel unsafe.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartament with old furnitures and old appliances, even I reported that the refrigerator had a rust front door with pictures and nobody call me about it, the building have 7 elevators and only 2 was working, you think twice before using this elevators, everytime that You need it take you almost an hour of your time go up or down, the maintanance in the building is almost zero, if you decided use the stairs, you need a flashlight or use your phone, the stairs look like a caveFor the price that I paid it is better and newer options all over the cityPlease go somewhere elseI will never come back to Tidewater again
