If you’re going for a spring break trip with teenagers who don’t require a lot this is your place. The balcony floor was disgusting. The chairs on the balcony were ripped upon arrival. Sent pictures thru VRBO app, the property management got pics. Once I sent pics for the third time, maintenance came and got the chairs but didn’t replace for two days later. Finally got the chairs replaced in Wednesday ( I got there Saturday. Oh, and maintenance put the chairs in our condo in the middle of the LR for two hours. Coffee Pot was broken, no oven mits, refrigerator shelves aren’t the ones that are supposed to be in there. Fridge light didn’t work. Things that you shouldn’t have to concern yourself with on vacation.

Unit was very clean. Host was easy to communicate with. Check in was easy. Tidewater is very strict. The only complaint was no dressers or chests in any of the bedrooms. Had to keep clothes in luggage for the whole week. Otherwise we had a great trip with great weather.

The issues I have is the door to the outdoor was extremely hard to open. There wasn’t enough silverware for the amount of people that the place can house. Only four forks and four spoons. There were 8 of us staying. A lot of the cooking utensils were rusted (whisk and knives) and there wasn’t a cooking sheet. Nothing to do with the unit but the elevators are complete nightmares. One didn’t work the entire we was there and the ones that did took 15-20 mins. Probably won’t stay again for this reason.
