This 3bd/2ba house provides a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and leisure amenities with an open floor plan that creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Outside, you'll find a charming pool, various seating areas for relaxation, outdoor dining and an upstairs patio with views of the surroundings. The large master bedroom features a soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. All bedrooms come with luxurious bamboo Cariloha sheets and towels. Moreover, the side yard boasts a large area with corn hole boards, adding a fun element for guests.

Great Stay

We throughly enjoyed our time here. We highly recommend this for your next vacation. Tammy was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions very promptly.

Very clean and quiet house

Perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved to swim and the house was very comfortable. The neighborhood seemed very safe. I would give it a 4 3/4 star rating. I wish there was an easier way to use the hot tub jets and keep the pool temperature at the temperature we paid for. A huge plus would be the salt water pool. Definitely give this property a chance if it’s available when you are traveling. We hope to stay there again.

Great rental property

The property was just as described. Everything was very clean and organized. The location was quiet and private, yet, close to mesa, scottsdale, and Phoenix.

Great spot for family vacation.

This was such a lovely property. It was super clean and i'm really picky. The extra ammenities including a personalized disc golf course created by the son of the owner was a really nice touch. The master suite was great with nice natural light in the morning.

This was a lovely home. Clean and beautiful.The neighborhood was very nice. Descriptions and pictures are as indicated. Highly recommend staying here while visiting AZ.

We stayed at the property for a week in April 2024. The house was immaculate and very well stocked with all the essentials you would need. Kitchen also had all the utensils and dinnerware so we could grill and have family meals. Bathrobes in the bathroom were a nice touch and bedding was very clean and soft. Pool was nice and clean and the upstairs balcony was a nice lounge area in the evening. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Peaceful Atmosphere

The property was very nice, clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. We had all the comforts of home and were able to enjoy the quiet peaceful atmosphere. A big thank you to our hosts.

Perfect Getaway

Great location in Fountain Hills while still close to Scottsdale and the airport. The house has everything you need, was so clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and outdoor space. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy some sun.

Very peaceful. Really quaint. Small town vibes. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Nothing extravagant. But if you’re looking for a break from your busy life, this is absolutely perfect. 10/10
