Ranch Creek Log Home

Ranch Creek Log Home is a spacious mountain retreat designed for unforgettable group getaways and family gatherings. Set on 20 private wooded acres just minutes from town, this secluded log home offers the perfect balance of peaceful escape and easy access to Winter Park adventure. Watch moose and deer wander by from the massive second-story deck, unwind in the hot tub, and listen to the soothing sounds of Ranch Creek flowing through the property.

With 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, a loft with a daybed, and a basement bunkroom, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out in comfort. The heated two-car garage opens to a roomy mudroom with ample storage, making it easy to settle in after a day on the trails or the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Nespresso machine, is ready for everything from slow mornings to big family dinners — and when the weather calls for it, fire up the Blackstone griddle on the deck for outdoor cooking done right.

When it is time to play, the lower-level game room delivers with full-size arcade games, a TV, and a ping pong table for all-ages fun. Step outside and hike, bike, or cross-country ski directly from the house onto national forest trails accessible from your private road. And with Winter Park Ski Resort only 15 minutes away, Ranch Creek Log Home is the ideal home base for making mountain memories in every season.

It’s a great house! We loved that the kitchen was well appointed so meal prep was easy. Responsive hosts with good entertainment and dining recommendations. We also appreciated that it is a no pets property due to allergies with some family members. Fraser is a fun town.

This property was outstanding with spectacular views, both a roomy and cozy vibe, and, most importantly for our group, many bathrooms! We made use of both the fireplace and the fire pit as well as the deck. The Blackstone Grill was a very pleasant surprise, and most meals for our group of 14 somehow used that fabulous amenity.

Family reunion

This home provided our family with everything that we could have asked for, quiet, beautiful views, a slow-moving creek and plenty of space for our family of 18. Would return in a heartbeat.
