Stay in the center of Historic Main Street St. Charles, where original character meets an updated one-bedroom apartment. From this second-floor home, step out to boutiques, restaurants, entertainment, and the energy of the district.

NIGHTLIFE NOTICE
Main Street nightlife is part of the experience. Live music and evening activity are common Thursday through Saturday, and sound may carry into the apartment.

LOCATION
Enjoy walkable access to Historic Main Street's restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The lively location works especially well for guests who want to be close to the action and do not mind the sounds of an active nightlife district.

IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Dogs only: a $100 non-refundable pet fee is added after booking. Unauthorized pets or non-dog animals may result in a $200 fee.
• No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
• Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.

Back to my hometown

I brought my husband to St Charles for the first time to see where I grew up and this apartment was the most perfect spot!! We loved everything about it and the convenience of just being able to walk out the door and explore!

Very Nice Place

This location has everything needed for a couple days or even longer. St. Charles is an active destination for young and old alike and this property puts you right in the middle of it all. It was clean and well-kept and the owner/landlord was extremely responsive. Do yourself a favor and stay here for your next visit.

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a great time visiting St. Charles. The property was in a great location to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. We walked to just about everything we did. The property was very clean. We cooked a few meals during our stay and the kitchen had the basics that we needed. I would recommend this property to family and friends!

Adorable and quaint

Wonderful property right in the heart of the historic district. Spacious for two and very cute. All we needed for the one night stay. Our first visit to the area and we were not aware the nightlife would be so loud. Bands across the street and a barking dog that sounded outside the bedroom windows on the closed off balconey. Parking close was a challenge. Perfect location to enjoy the nightlife. If you may be looking for a quieter stay this may not be your location.

Thing that makes us a nine out of 10 for us is a couch horrible. It was so uncomfortable. I couldn’t even sit on it. We had a day of sports planned could not figure out how to get the channels that we needed or how to use the Roku and sitting on the couch to watch was seriously not an option for me was so bad.

Unit was clean, everything that was advertised was there. However it was 82 degrees in the unit when we were checking in. The ceiling fans don’t move much air, we had to purchase a box fan to cool the unit down.
