NEW! Oceanfront La Jolla Village View

Located in the village of La Jolla and directly across the street from beautiful beaches and the famous La Jolla Tide pools, this ocean front condo has fantastic views of the ocean and an amazing ocean front terrace to watch the waves and people below. No need to choose between walkability, views or beach access, this condo has all three. You can park your car in the reserved parking spot underground for your entire stay and walk everywhere you need to go and enjoy the beautiful so-cal weather.

Newly furnished in 2021, the top floor residence is bright, clean and modern. The ocean view kitchen comes fully stocked with a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster as well as plates, cups and silverware. Let the sound of crashing waves and ocean breezes lull you to sleep in one of the two ocean view bedrooms each with comfortable bedding, automatic blackout shades and internet connected televisions.

You will have full access to the entire apartment.

While we are available should you need any advice, you will have complete privacy.

The Village of La Jolla is a picturesque seaside village full of vibrant shops, award-winning restaurants and breathtaking natural beauty. Known for its relaxed, casual, luxury and comprising over 7 miles of coastline there is something for everyone in La Jolla.

From the I-5 freeway you can access all of San Diego, minutes to downtown, balboa park, the zoo and Del Mar.

GENERAL
Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. We thank you for not smoking and not bringing any pets onto the premises.

Please ensure that the total number of guests you specify in your booking is accurate, including all infants and babies of all ages, and let us know if that changes. We will only accommodate those guests specified and no more above and beyond that number, especially due to municipal codes regarding occupancy.

NOISE & GATHERINGS
Due to the residential nature of our neighborhood and out of respect for our neighbors, we have a strict policy against social gatherings or any other loud/disruptive activities, especially after 9pm. This also means no visitors (anyone not already accounted for in the booking and already staying here) at any time. Our property manager lives nearby and he’s had to ask guests to leave in the past for throwing parties.

OCCUPANCY
Please note the maximum occupancy and number of bedrooms specified in this listing. The maximum number of guests, including all infants and children, shall not exceed this number at all times.

SAFETY
There may be cameras present on the exterior of the property. Please see the listing for further details. Cameras must remain clear and not be tampered with or blocked in any way.

STAYS LONGER THAN 30 NIGHTS
The booking site does not have a mechanism for recurring charges, but as a benefit to both us and the guest, we do require a recurring cleaning of the unit to be scheduled once every 2-3 weeks at an additional cost equal to the original cleaning fee each time, and this would include cleaning of towels and linens. This is charged separately for each individual cleaning.

FURNISHINGS
Moving existing furniture out of the apartment or new furniture into it without consent of the host is strictly prohibited. Moving large furniture within the apartment from one room to another is also prohibited as our housekeeper may not be able to physically move it back once you depart.

PARKING
Parking details are specified in the Amenities section of this listing. If there is no reserved parking, please observe all posted parking restrictions when utilizing public parking.

TRASH & RECYCLING
Use blue bins for recycling, green bins for food waste, and black bins for everything else.

INFANTS & BABIES
If our space is listed as child-friendly, it’s because we’ve had many families with infants request to stay. While we’re happy to host those groups, please note that we do not provide cribs, pack and plays, or infant bedding, so plan accordingly if needed. However, if our space is listed as not suitable for children under 12, that means we are unable to accommodate young guests for safety or comfort reasons.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
We are pleased to provide you with internet service during your stay. By utilizing our internet connection, you agree not to download, share or otherwise use others' copyrighted content, such as movies, music, computer games or television shows without proper authorization

OTHER
We understand that accidents happen. If anything breaks during your stay (e.g., a wine glass, photo frame, vase), please let us know right away so we can clean it properly for the next guest. We generally don’t charge for small items or decor, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

We trust your stay will be a pleasant one, and we would be grateful if you would consider leaving a positive review following your visit. Should any concerns arise during your stay, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve them promptly.
Please note that, in line with Airbnb’s policy prohibiting compensation in exchange for reviews, any courtesy refunds will be issued 14 days after checkout.

If a guest violates these house rules, an incident management fee of up to $500 may be charged to cover the administrative time, travel, and effort required to investigate and resolve the issue. This fee is separate from any additional costs related to damages, extra cleaning, or penalties for specific violations.

CITY REGULATIONS
The City noise limits pursuant to Municipal Code sections 59.5.0401 and 59.5.0501, and remedies available to the City to address and enforce violations, including the issuance of individual administrative citations in an amount up to $1,000 to each guest and to the host. Upon a failure to vacate by the expiration of the occupancy term, guests may be deemed trespassers and may be subject to removal by relevant authorities Pursuant to Chapter 5, Article 1, Division 10 of the Municipal Code, if the police are called to address public peace, health, safety, or general welfare issues, guests may be responsible for the cost of the police response.

Great place to stay in La Jolla!

Stayed at this condo for the long Labor Day weekend and had a great time! It was lovely to sit on the balcony and see the ocean and tide pools right in front of you! Slept at night with the windows open and could hear the sounds of the ocean which I find very relaxing. It is within walking distance of downtown and many attractions that you might want to see! I did have two issues with the building, 1. The garage that is provided for your vehicle is undertake building and the garage door never closed, day/night it was always open allowing anyone to enter the building and the door from the street to the condo never locked! Just pull and it opened, again, allowing anyone to enter the building. I know this isn't the owners direct responsibility but it should be fixed. 2. I full size drip coffee maker would be great, they had a small 4 cup size, although there is a Keurig if you prefer that. The condo is small but comfortable for 4 people!

It's all about the View

The apartment is right in front of the LaJolla tide pools. We watched the sunsets, the numerous engagements on the grass above the beach, The birds, the people and the boats. Having a parking spot in the garage was priceless because parking is difficult especially at sunset. Obviously, the elevator was a necessity. Safety was not an issue. Not only did the neighborhood feel safe when we walked. But the building door and garage door were closed and locked at all times except when in use. We did struggle with the check in instructions to get the front door code The apartment itself was very clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. An ice maker would have been nice. We loved the electric fireplace in the living room- it kept us toasty warm and it was fun to change colors. All furniture was new and comfortable. We had a problem with tripping on the edge of the bed in the master bedroom; it stuck out 6" beyond the mattress and was low- maybe it's an age thing, we are not spring chickens. we solved it by leaning pillows at the corners. There is room in the closets for lots of hanging clothes and a hanging set of drawers for some folding clothes. Personally, I would have preferred a bureau or chest. Lots of hot water for showers. Tons of restaurants nearby(2 min drive) with a lot of selection and variety. Grocery and Drugstore very close. I suggest Pavilions as the closest. And finally. The tide pools were amazing. The rocks are mostly flat.
