Location! Location! Location!

Perfectly located to the beach, restaurants and close to lots of attractions! We had an awesome stay while attending a family reunion and continuing our celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversary! The unit was quiet, clean and had all amenities listed. We really missed our La-Z-Boy recliners, however, we loved relaxing on the fabulous roof top deck!

Great place but…

This was my 3rd year at this property and it’s amazing. However, a prior guest must’ve brought a cat with them because my allergies were going crazy, especially in the master bed, until I washed all the linens, and even then there was definitely cat dander throughout the unit.

Perfect Beach Rental

Property was a very close to everything Newport Beach has to offer. A very short walking distance to the Pier and all the establishments. The property came with a tandem garage that fit 2 medium sized SUVs and the house itself was quite large. The upstairs patio was perfect for gathering and enjoying the sights.

Great beach condo!

The condo is about 1/2 block from the beach, and it is a great beach to learn to surf. We literally put on our wetsuits on the balcony and then walked to the beach. It was nice to be able to go back and forth from the beach to the house without packing everything and dealing with parking. Having a dedicated parking spot in the garage was also great since parking is scarce around there. The garage was plenty long enough to hold surfboards and bikes as well as one car. We had a mini van which was tight on the width but it fit. The house was also clean and well decorated. There seemed to be some parties at nearby condos, but Newport Beach has strict noise laws so we never were kept awake by noise. The property management company was very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay and would definitely come here again.

Great guy forgot his name 1st night started off crazy host handle it right away

Well the first night was crazy experience the power went out from 8:00 PM until 1:42am so we sat in dark wasn’t Anyone for fault everyone in the area power went host was Awesome the way he handled it he told me he would refund me everything if I decided to leave even though my trip was not Refundable Not only that he refunded me a day back to my credit card great host thanks again for the credit back to card But the place was very clean bathrooms we’re very clean great location for your family definitely stay again nice clean beach not a lot bums around great restaurant shopping food ice cream bike rental great parking even for Suv

Not Quite What We Expected

The place was not very clean. The carpet and mattress on the lower bunk bed need to be replace. The location was good but the road and the alley were loud. Several of the window screens were missing or ripped so keeping windows open was difficult. I feel the photos were misleading based off of the current condition.

Excellent location

It is in a great location where you can walk to everything you need including the beach. The rooftop is very nice in the morning. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

This place was great with all the amenities inside the unit and out from the rooftop patio/bbque to washer/dryer. Beds were really comfy. The added bonus was the garage so you don't have to fight for a spot on the street. Loved the location with it being so close to the beach, restaurants, pubs, markets and some shopping.

Beach House Vacation

The property was perfect for our family of 6. We have two adults, a teenage son, and three little girls 10, 7, and 7. The teenager had the front room, the girls shared the twin over full bunk bed room, and we had the back room. There are two full bathrooms, which made it nice for showering once we got back from the beach. The top deck was nice to have dinners at night. The BBQ worked and was nice to have. There's a nice new table with six new chairs and an umbrella upstairs. Some extra plastic chairs too. We were able to put boogie boards and swimsuits on the balcony outside of the top unit. We kept our bikes chained up in the garage at night. Which was nice to know they were secure. The garage is a lot bigger than we anticipated. The first night we were able to fit a Kia Soul and a ford f150 lifted truck in there. We ended up taking the Kia home because we wanted room to store the bikes at night but just to give an idea of how big the space is we could fit two cars. It is a tight squeeze down the alley and 24th street. It was hard to get around in the truck. The location is great. We walked to get ice cream, sushi, pizza, liquor store, grocery store. There is a bike path less that 200 feet away that goes along the beach (going south) and through the neighborhood (going north). We rode bikes every day. We rode to Marina park one day. That was fun. There are a lot of stores within walking distance. We forgot our bike chain so we were able to buy one right across the street. We were short one bike so we were able to rent one by the pier. We lost a boogie board leash and were able to buy a new one right by the house. The unit was clean. There were a lot more dishes and utensils than I thought there would be. There were extra bath towels and beach towels. We love having a washer and dryer and used them several times. It was nice to have the air-conditioning during the hot days. The neighborhood was very busy. A lot of people hanging out in the front, on the roof, and walking the streets. We were surprise and happy that everyone is very respectful of each other. We slept great every night with little noise from outside. Overall a really great spot, great location, and great week at the beach.

Perfect beach rental

Such a perfect location. Great roof deck. Garage parking for a total of four cars- two for this unit, two for lower unit. Endless lot water. Air conditioner Cools unit down in minutes. Decent beds/bedding. Primary bedroom nice and private. Super easy check in (send you a code and you use it all week) loved not having to keep track of keys! Decent kitchen supplies, has salt and pepper but nothing else. Old school mr coffee maker. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Perfect for our fam of four- could sleep a bunch more!!

Cute, cozy home

I love the area. It's close to everything. Plus, simple, easy check in and out! You don't need a car while there. However, make sure to pack all toiletries, seasonings, beach needs and any extras (such as a griddle). The home doesn't include much of anything. The garbage disposal broke while there and they weren't able to fix it. But they did come replace the loud beeping water filter on the fridge. I felt like things were pretty clean and well cared for otherwise. Also, the garage is made for a small, narrow car. If you drive an SUV don't plan on parking in the garage.
