Fully furnished, one bedroom w king size bed, large bathroom w shower. Fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove. and dining table. Large living area with huge sectional couch and oversized smart TV (85+diag. inch). Two workstations for studying or remote work. Over 1000 square feet. Access to a full laundry room. Garage parking for one car. Access to pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill upon reservation (Availability will be high access).

We were out exploring most of the time during our stay, but coming back here at the end of each day was the best part. It truly felt like a home away from home- comfortable, warm, and easy to settle into. Exactly what a vacation rental should be!

The apartment was perfect! It was roomy and had all of the amenities needed including basic breakfast items, coffee and laundry. We could even see the SpaceX that went off from Kennedy Space Center from the driveway. The host was quick to respond when I had any questions about my stay and when I had trouble using the cooktop (user error). We would definitely stay there again!

Dr. Anna has a very lovely rental apartment in a very desirable area. The bedroom, bathroom, and open living room/kitchen were all fully furnished with everything one might need for either a short term or long term stay. If there were any questions she was very accessible and accommodating. We travel a great deal and have enjoyed many types of rental properties but I have no problem renting this wonderful property in the future. Thank you, Anna.
