Experience the ultimate Salida getaway at Mountain Mod, a new condo located in the Two Rivers Subdivision. This cozy and stylish one bedroom, one bath condo features a private patio with stunning mountain views, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
Located just a short walk from Mojo's Eatery, one of Salida's most popular restaurants, and a quick bike ride from downtown Salida, Mountain Mod offers easy access to all the best that this charming mountain town has to offer.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a bedroom furnished with a comfortable King bed and high-quality linens. Please keep in mind this property does require walking up a flight of stairs to access.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish, shower and laundry soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be emailed.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets or over occupancy of pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund, 15 days prior 50% refund, 15 or less, no refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

Long Memorial Day weekend

This condo is in the perfect spot - close to downtown Salida, for all the beer and food you want, and also in great location for hiking in any direction you travel. The Arkansas valley is one of our favorite places to visit, and this location helps you make the most of your time there.Giant bonus: there’s a bakery downstairs (the silver whisker) with phenomenal pastries, espresso, and sourdough bread. The place was very clean and easy to take care of.

Ski weekend

My husband and I had a great stay for a ski weekend at Monarch Mountain. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs - breakfast at Mojo’s Eatery is a must! Thank you!

Close to family

Property as described. Small yet perfect for 2 people. Lots of construction so awkward to sit on deck for coffee or just to relax. The street light is right in front of bedroom so it is like daytime even with the shade on window making it hard to sleep. It needs a blackout curtain. We booked this property due to proximity of our kids. It worked for us and we would stay again. Old downtown is a few minute drive. Highway is right there so makes it quick and easy to go eat.

FANTASTIC Couple's Get-Away

This little condo is perfect for a couple's get-away! We stayed Sat-Mon and celebrated Halloween and my husband's birthday in Salida, and this was a great location for us (we go to Salida 3-4 times a year). SUPER CLEAN. Easy parking, breakfast/lunch joint (Mojo's) across the parking lot with a cocktail lounge in progress. Great walking trails right out the door for our pooch, and a 2-min drive to everything downtown Salida has to offer. Kitchen is stocked with the basics that you'll need for eating in. And the wrap-around 2nd-floor deck...LOVED and will want to come back in summer to take full advantage. Pinon Vacation Rentals and their team members are amazing to work with! Friendly, helpful, courteous, and kind. It's also tough to find rentals in Salida with a king bed... we were very happy with the comfy king bed and adjoining bath. Also nice to have W/D in the unit. Only suggestions: * black-out shade/curtains on the bedroom (very bright in the morning... to help those like us sleep in during a relaxation stay) and * bedside tables with drawers to accommodate unpacking and storing items that don't necessarily need to be hung up in the closet.

1116 Old Stage Dec 23 Stay

The place was clean and had a good view, and was mostly well stocked. Everyone was very helpful when I had trouble getting into the condo! The only thing I would mention is that the kitchen was not as stocked as I had thought from the property details; there were no measuring cups or even salt and pepper. That was minor, but the kitchen island chairs need to be replaced. They were rickety and not tall enough for the island.. Again, I really appreciated the helpful customer service and location!
