Park City- Friend Trip

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable and location was great! Communication with the management company was effiicient and they responded quickly when we needed something. It is a good value compared to other properties we have stayed at and would stay here again.

Best birthday party!

We went here for my husbands birthday and it was so fun the location was perfect! We walked to Main Street for every meal!

MLK Weekend Ski Trip

Awesome place with an incredible location - just as advertised. The property owner even provided a team to assist with removing the snow from the driveway that was accumulated over the weekend. Looking forward to staying here again.

It wasn’t as clean as we expected. There were stains on some of the furniture and bedding. The hot tub had a panel coming off, and a few vents didn’t work. The inside also didn’t really match the pictures or description and could use some updates and better upkeep. The location was great, and the host was really nice and easy to get ahold of. That said, compared to other places in the area at a similar price point, it didn’t feel like the best value

Location and capacity

The house is ideally located and sleeps tons of people. But the fit and finish of it (this was obviously a flipped house) are somewhat lacking for a property in this price range. All that having been said; it was a great place to spend a couple days with friends and family.

Best Possible Experience, 11/10

The house is exactly as advertised. Tons of space. Impossible to feel crowded. Everything it needs to be, nothing it doesn't need or claim to be. Location is incredible, makes it a difficult choice to wait for a bus or just walk everywhere. Truly no car needed if you're staying here. Host is great, hot tub is great. Will definitely stay again!

Park city week

Great location and nice, clean and spacious house. The property managers are very responsive. However, I do agree with one of the other reviews that this seems to be a very “flipped” house type property. The kitchen utensils and appliances were very sparse, the dishwasher was poor quality and the place is missing a lot of the small details that could easily make it a truly great place to stay. Overall, if you have a large group and want walking distance to the mountain and the town to go out for meals/drinks etc, it’s a great choice, but it’s only ok in terms of a place to spend a lot of time in.
