This beautiful ground-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with a bonus bunk alcove offers 801 sq. ft. of Gulf-front comfort and sleeps up to 6 guests. Just steps from the pool and the private boardwalk to the beach, this unit puts you as close to the water as it gets—enjoy refreshing coastal breezes and unforgettable sunsets right from your furnished patio. From your balcony, you can walk straight to the pool and the beach and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while watching the sunset. You'll love the convenience and peaceful atmosphere of a ground-level unit—instant access to both the beach and the pool.

Inside, you'll be greeted by bright coastal décor, comfortable furnishings, and stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The primary bedroom provides direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Kids will love the cozy bunk alcove—perfect for their own hideaway. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort and convenience.

When it comes to fun and relaxation, Phoenix V has something for everyone! Walk straight onto the sugar-white sand from the private boardwalk or lounge by the beachfront outdoor pool. Kids will love the one-of-a-kind pirate-themed splash pad and water park, while adults can unwind in the hot tubs or sauna. Additional amenities include an indoor heated pool, tennis court, racquetball court, basketball goal, fitness center, grilling area, and gazebo

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Best Vacation Ever!

This was our most favorite place we have stayed at so far! We had direct access to the pool/beach (which was very convenient having two kids under the age of 5)! The check in/check out process was super easy and everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be recommended this place to all of our friends and family!

Unit was nice. Tv was difficult and tv did not work in the bedroom. Nice to be able to go straight out to pool and beach from patio. Hallway to unit was noisy and had an odd smell, but overall a good place to stay

Ground Floor- so easy with small children

We love Phoenix V and this unit in particular was perfect! Bunks were just right for the older 2 and no glass furniture or unnecessary decor that I had to hide from the 1 yr old. Kitchen had everything needed and there is nothing better than walking straight out of the back door to the pool and beach!

Nice unit in Orange Beach

Everything was nice and well kept. King bed was comfortable and we slept well. Kitchen had everything we needed for our weeks stay. There was construction going on when we were there, but I understand that has to be done and was just luck of the draw. I would easily stay at this condo again. Property manager was easy to get a hold of.

Good Stay

Let me start off by saying, this is a good property. It has all of your basic needs and is clean. The complex is definitely old but well maintained. For a young family, the walkout room to the pool is perfect. The master bed needs to be replaced. It is very old and very uncomfortable. Other than that, great stay.

Great condo but 0 contact with the host since our code was not working and got locked out.

The condo was great for a family of 4, the first floor was great so we didn’t have to use the elevator. The only issue was to get in contact with the host Cayce since our code giving was not working and we literally waited 2 hrs outside of our condo because we couldn’t get in, she never contact us or answer. We had to go to the lobby which they only had one code for one time use just to get in. Other than that everything was great!

Family vacation/work trip

We really enjoyed this condo. The size was great for our family of 4 (kids ages 5 and 6 slept on the bunks). I mostly loved being on the bottom floor. The convenience of never having to use elevator was worth it 100% and you can still see the ocean from the patio, just not the sand. For some reason I didn’t love the hallway/stairs area outside the room. It really did feel like the “basement” and smelt like it too. This was minor though bc we used this exit very little. The only thing I would suggest is room darkening shades for the living area. It is so bright in there very early even with the shades pulled. My kids were up every day by 6:00 AM lol. Thank you for a nice visit. We would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay in it last year and returned for over a month this year. Phoenix V has gotten kind of run down in my eyes. We were NOT told ahead of time there was construction going on the whole month we were there. Non stop drilling from 8-5, we were locked from the pool area where normally we could get out, and they put up a baracade on our patio,We also had chunks of cement falling on out patio. The worst thing to me was we had a huge cockroach in our room. Never had seen one before and then they were dead out in the halls, and the staff didn't bother to clean them up. The room looked very clean when we got there. Some of the furniture needs major updating. Just a little tlc would make it nice. I think they are trying to make updates to the building. It may just take awhile. We had hoped to make Phoenix V our yearly winter retreat but, are going to think hard about next year. My stars from last year were much higher. Under the circumstances I had to go lower.

I immediately contacted the owner who said the cleaning company found it and he was going to pick it up and mail it back to me. I was ecstatic and replied that I would pay for shipping. This was almost a month ago. Have not heard from him since. Very sad that this owner is not an honest person. And I have yet to receive any of my items back.

Great location and amenities

We loved being able to walk out the door of this ground floor condo to the beautiful pool and then to the beach..we could see the Gulf from the windows...everything was clean and cozy...and the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi were wonderful! Thanks for a great stay!
