This cozy condo is located in the Village of Orient Bay. It has a mountain view, just open the window and you can hear the birds singing.
Why not enjoying a little more ? take a quick walk to the beach for some fun activities and enjoy some of the best restaurants.
The condo is located really close to the Village were you will find nightlife very enjoyable!
St Martin is known as the Friendly Island where every one will make you feel at home but with the true feeling of vacation.

First time in St. Martin. Location was excellent, a block from the beach and many food and beverage options. Grocery store was a block from the unit and had the key needs. Wifi was ok and nice deck for morning coffee. King bed was comfortable and the AC was great. Marva was great and strong communication throughout the trip. We would certainly go back.

The unit was as advertised and represented in the photos. The local area is absolutely amazing, we did not realize that Orient Bay had a pedestrian only plaza circled by about 10 excellent restaurants among the other options in the area. The property manager was great--we had a couple of hiccups (water not working upon arrival--this was a neighborhood issue due to a break in the main line) and one of the AC units went out while we were there. The communication and prompt response was great and the AC unit was replaced the same day! That was great service! Oh and the cleanliness as definitely an A. I recommend and would stay there again for sure!

Great time!

We had a great time at this apartment. All necessities were available. It was 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, breakfast places, bars. Maeva was fantastic and responded to all of our questions during our stay. The apartment is on the second floor and the bedroom is on the third floor. Thus, someone with mobility issue should rent another place. It did not bother us - yet. :) After rainy season, prepare for mosquitoes and buy enough protection in advance. Overall, we liked it very much and will definitely come again.

The colors and the charm of the neighbor. Being able to walk to the beach, the store , the bakery.... The calm and yet being able to walk to some nightlife entertainment. The view of the nature on my balcony and the birds.
