Completely remodeled modern farmhouse near Perry Lake & Yacht Club. Enjoy the privacy and serenity of the treed surroundings. Close to the marina for boating and water activities, Topeka Zoo and Conservation Center. A short 45 minutes from Kansas City shopping and restaurants. This home is a perfect quiet escape for reconnecting with loved ones. Garage and laundry not accessible to guests at this time.

Perfect Perry Lake vaca

The house is clean and lovely. Great retreat at the end of fun day on the lake. Definitely will consider another stay here!

This house is quite comfortable and spacious enough to house the family. My only complaint is that is had a strange odor upon arrival and seemed to be a sewer gas smell emitting fromnthe hall bathroom from time to time, even after both showers had been used and all drains filled.

Lovely home near Lake Perry

Best property in the area. Loved the decor and the home was well equipped. Owner was very responsive. Absolutely appreciate being able to stay in this lovely home.

Hunting trip

My friends and I booked to duck hunt in the area. Location was perfect and the new renovations to the house are great! Our host was awesome and accommodated every request to make our experience more enjoyable. We will stay here again for sure!

Great Golf Weekend Getaway

We (4 40+ guys) stayed here for our annual St Patricks day getaway. The house has been beautifully updated and has all the necessary amenities…and then some. We cooked breakfast every morning in the spacious kitchen and grilled in the quiet backyard after golfing and exploring the surrounding lake and Topeka area all day. The host is very responsive and informative, next time we’re in the area I’ll definitely look for this place again.

Wonderful home!

This was a wonderful house for the weekend to spend time with our family. The house was wonderful and we will book again next year. Our family has slips and boats at Rockcreak and we were maybe 7 min to the slips. Perfect place to stay. My only complaint was the WiFi which was out and not the owners fault and trash. No bins and no trash bags on site. Nothing serious at all and again 10/10. This is the place to stay.

Suggest that the TV turn on without codes and sign ins. Way too complicated.
