The condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. A few recommendations that I shared with host. I would stay here again. Although I would not list this as ‘walk to the beach’, as it’s not a quick walk but if you are a ‘walker’ then yes, walkable.

Thank you for your kind review! We're delighted to hear you found the condo clean, well-equipped, and enjoyed your stay. We also appreciate you taking the time to share your recommendations with us—they help us continue to improve the guest experience. Regarding the beach, Beach Access #12 is approximately 0.7 miles from the condo and can be reached via a dedicated walkway over the south bridge, making it a pleasant walk for many guests. We understand that everyone's idea of "walkable" is different, so we appreciate your perspective and are glad you would choose to stay with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit!

The location is great as it is just before the bridge to Siesta Key with a 10 minute drive to the beaches and about 15-20 minutes to downtown Sarasota. The neighborhood is great for going on walks. The lower level is nice as the pool is right outside the screened in porch. You can hear some traffic noise, but also lots of beautiful birds.

The condo was spotless and quite comfortable. There are some minor repairs needed to the screen doors and the pool gates, but other than that ...The location was perfect for getting where we wanted to go, but the beach was not within walking distance. The host was responsive and sent someone to take care of a problem we experienced.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you found the condo spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located, and that our team was able to respond quickly when you needed assistance. We also appreciate you pointing out the minor maintenance items. We're addressing those to ensure an even better experience for future guests. We'd like to clarify for future visitors that Beach Access #12 is approximately 0.7 miles from the condo. There is a dedicated pedestrian walkway leading to the beach, so many of our guests choose to walk there and enjoy the short stroll. We understand that everyone's definition of "walkable" is different, but we wanted to provide that information to help future travelers plan their stay. Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back to Siesta Key in the future!

Wonderful!

Our home away from home for two months. Immaculate condo. Many essential products supplied. Easy check-in. Karina and Wolfgang were attentive to a few minor issues we had. The location was ideal to beach, shopping, restaurants and malls. Would highly recommend this property for a wonderful vacation.

Sarasota/siesta Key

Karina was there when we checked in and gave us all the information we needed to get around. Short walk to the free trolly that runs along the strip was great. There is free parking at the beach as well. The unit was large and well stocked with essentials. We also had the pool to ourselves during our visit! We walked to the Toasted Mango for lunch and highly recommend it, and lots of other restaurants to chose from in the area. Overall a fantastic spot just off the strip.

Beautiful Oasis

This condo is a gem. You first notice the very high ceilings, the feeling of space, and the tasteful decor. It’s immaculate !! Owners Karina and Wolfgang are the best hosts, responding immediately to any questions. The location is perfection, being right before the bridge to get to Siesta Key. It’s a very quick walk to the beach and a two minute drive to Tamiami Trail giving you access to all of Sarasota. I would definitely book here again and recommend to family and friends. To note, the pool is stunning, and very clean , right outside the lanai, but unheated.i enjoyed using it when the weather warmed up. Don’t hesitate to book your next vacation here !!
