Spring Break 2025

Everything was as described. Checking in/out so easy. I had to call maintenance twice due to an electrical outage from a storm which knocked out the WiFi and the oven. They responded immediately and fixed the issue. The staff on site are extremely friendly and professional. The property is safe and family oriented.

Perfect view from 5th floor! We also appreciate that we have access to beach chairs and umbrella every day. The service on the beach is great. We would like to suggest that the door latch be placed on the patio door and replace the living room carpet with flooring. Other than that - it is spectacular!!!

This unit was very nice well appointed and we were very pleased with it. We had some issues with the property but not the individual unit.The biggest disappointment was that this unit comes with a covered parking space and the entire covered garage was closed due to broken pipes and nothing was done all week long to begin repairs and so we were without our covered parking spot. Also most of the week one of the elevators was down. Finally got it fixed 2 days before we left. We have no issues with the unit or Brooks and Shorey but the maintenance of the building itself seems not to be what it should be.
