Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! Communication was plentiful and began the moment I booked the penthouse. The rooms were incredibly clean. They aren't kidding about the view, it's perfect! Proximity to the beach or the pool couldn't be better. It was the perfect accommodation for this midwestern family.

You had exceptional views from the living room, kitchen, and even while laying in bed! There is a huge double wide balcony with plenty of seating. Top floor views! The stove, fridge, microwave, washer &dryer were all full sized, new and easy to use! I don't think you'll find a better room in all of Destin!

There's nothing like a last minute beach vacation to road up the summer. Your 5 star ratings mean everything to us and we are thrilled you enjoyed everything. The june grass is hit or miss here on Okaloosa Island, it literally comes and goes at it pleases, unfortunately without any input from us. We just have to work around it. Fortunately it does recede to leave us with the same gorgeous white sand entry to the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Love a Pelican ❤️

My sisters and I have spent time at Pelicans Isle for 3 or 4 years. We return because the view is beautiful. It is easy and relaxing to negotiate the property. A very short walk to the beach with lovely chairs to sit in. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. On our drive home we plan for the next visit. So we plan to visit pelican Island again next fall. Thank you so much for a lovely venue for us to get together.

First time to do VRBO and it was amazing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time to do a VRBO and this was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. The views from living and master bedroom were amazing. To look out and see white sand and blue water with dolphins was like a story book. I will stay here 100 times over!!!
