During your stay, get out and explore Fauntleroy Park, Alki Beach, Highline Sea-Tac Botanical Garden, the Space Needle, and so much more.

Back at your home away from home, enjoy special moments with your loved ones in the private yard. Here, you'll find a covered pergola housing a charcoal grill and smoker. The outdoor seating is comfortable and well-shaded, ensuring peaceful alfresco dining.

Inside, every corner of the home has been adorned with vibrant decorations. Start happy hour in the living room where the bar cabinet is well-stocked and your favorite shows can be streamed on the large TV. Steps away, the full kitchen comes prepared to host all of your culinary creations. Show off your skills when utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and many nifty kitchen gadgets.

Additionally, you'll find a designated work space, a great collection of board games, a private washer/dryer, and partial air-conditioning.

Sleep will come naturally each evening as you tuck under the soft linens in the bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
