Excellent stay! We enjoyed the quiet, clean, and very functional apartment. We enjoyed the extras; having coffee and tea with creamer provided was an extra bonus. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed a walk in Maple Leaf Park where families and dogs were playing, exercising, and enjoying the day. The only suggestion we have is a house number we could see from the street, but the owner was cordial when we asked if we were in the right place! Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay...super clean, nice furnishings and appliances...tasteful but no extra clutter. So nice to provide coffee for our stay...will stay again for sure!

The accommodation was immaculate. The furnishings were very tasteful and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room for unpacking and closet space. Very private and prompt communication from Greg. Neighborhood is lovely with coffee shops and bakery nearby. Highly recommend.

This home is just what we hoped for. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, quiet unit (even though it is so central). Wonderful little patio area with lots of trees and plants. Unit was new, super clean, and well done overall. Plenty of available street parking. Definitely would consider staying here again.

This cozy space was very nice. It was clean and modern and everything worked. It was not far from my friend's house and Northgate light rail. There were several great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room could be substantially blacked out. The space feels larger than it looks in the photos.

We feel super lucky to have found this spot for our weekend trip! The neighborhood is very quaint with lots of things walkable including the Northgate Station to take the 1 train to downtown. Greg was very attentive to our questions and had everything we needed for our stay. The place is very well kept and minimal, easy check in and check out!

The property had a very warm feeling. With having one’s own entrance and privacy, it was easy to get to. The entire inside looks brand new from the kitchen down to the bathroom and all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable.. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip up to Seattle to see family. The space is below the main house so there is some noise with footsteps but it’s very minimal and didn’t bother me at all. Thank you so much for letting us use your Guest quarters. We had a great time!
