My family and I are local, and we already knew how special, and convenient, this area is. But seeing the resort-like grounds of this incredible estate were what totally hooked us!

The Dreamscape experience begins right as you enter the grand Spanish-style courtyard entrance to this 1.25 acre property and open the door to your personal entertainment complex!

A classic pool table complements a spacious living room / game lounge area, which then opens out to the main living room with another huge smart TV - perfect for board games or watching the WM Open highlights! Yet another more intimate seating area, just adjacent, features a custom Infinity Table stocked with hundreds of digital games.

There’s also a separate powder room tucked under the stairs. This newly renovated home offers the perfect combination of sophistication, convenience, and comfort at every corner.

Continue to indulge in the professionally decorated surroundings of this luxurious home by stepping into the expansive dining room, which really does have seating for 20 - all overlooking the landscaped yard and pool, and the magnificent McDowell Mountain Range beyond, through stunning Spanish-style picture windows.

We’ve made every effort to think of “everything” here, and no dining experience is complete without a fully stocked gourmet kitchen to create in!

There’s every kind of gadget and a brand new suite of appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator and a DaCor oven, and cozy island seating with its own view out to the pool!

The kitchen functions as a hub for all the outdoor entertaining as well. Step outside with a cup of coffee and immediately relax into a shaded sectional and pool view. Or serve an al fresco meal at the outdoor dining table.

Grill at the ultimate Pool Bar with your choice: classic gas grill, with oversized burner, or Green Egg, and blend your favorite margaritas while you enjoy the misters! There’s even a designated full bath with shower directly off the Bar area!

The Pool is a true oasis, with a ledge seating area, waterfall, diving board, hot tub, and plenty of additional seating and umbrellas.

But what puts this property in a league of its own is the designated cornhole and croquet turf yard and the separate putting green, each with their very own firepit lounge areas! No one will ever miss enjoying one of our famous Arizona sunsets here! Watch the colors, described as “magical”, changing from brilliant shades of pink, purple, and orange as they cross the sky.

Then, as night falls, the desert sky fills with stars while you roast s'mores or sip a bourbon.

There are also two charming Queen bedrooms, complete with Arizona-inspired themes, and a quintessential Route 66/Barrett Jackson Bunk Room - all which share a full bath down the hall. Just a note, each newly remodeled and well-appointed bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers.

And the other expansive Master Suite is here as well, with a stunning spa tub Master Bath and private balcony that both look out onto the landscaped pool and the mountains.
