Cozy Tiny Home ideally located in the heart of Port Charlotte. You're surrounded by things to do in every direction! Downtown Punta Gorda is 7 miles away, Port Charlotte Beach is 3 miles down the road and local shopping is less than a mile away. Sun Seekers resort will be coming in Oct and is just 6 miles south on U.S 41. There are also several golf courses nearby for golf enthusiasts. Home has an outdoor seating area to relax and soak up the Florida sun, High speed wifi access for remote work and entertainment, fully equipped kitchenette for cooking.

This place was such a good find! It had everything we needed, stayed very cool inside and was a great location. We were able to have breakfast and even cook dinner in the kitchen area. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean, quiet neighborhood, and great communication with the host. The place was perfect for me and husband’s week stay.

I called to check on the viability of the property for my elderly mother - I was told the place was safe, had easy parking, and was adequate for an elderly person—the only parking available requires you to park your vehicle behind an inoperable vehicle in the driveway so that the back-end of your vehicle overlaps the sidewalk. The steps do not have a guardrail. The AC only works if you put the mini-split on "turbo" - otherwise, it gets hot-quick. The toilet leans to one side. The contact person does not answer his phone, you MUST leave a message and wait hours and hours for him to return the call (if he does at all). At night, there is a light beaming into the windows and door, and no way to block the bright light during the night. While I understand the property is 'pet friendly',, there were male dog pee marks on the wall by the refrigerator. I paid for 10 nights, my mother stayed in the property ONE night. Not recommended.

So bad that I left early

I booked 2 nights, but left after one. The flood light shoneright into the house with no light blocking drapes. The bed was not supportive. There was no deadbolt and someone was knocking on the back of the house at night. Drag racing at night didnt help. Loud rap music blaring for hours in the a.m. was irritating. Only gavel path to house, so difficult to get luggage through grass.

Perfect escape

My wife and I were down for 4 nights. This place had everything we needed. The only thing we could have used was an extra couple pillows and an extra blanket (it got cool at night!). Stephen got back to us quickly and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely come back!

Great location, excellent property and communicative host

The property is exactly as described, cozy and quaint get away. Lodging can be difficult to find in Port Charlotte. This place is clean and convenient. The bed is comfortable and the shower gets hot! The host was friendly and communicative! I would recommend this location to friends and family and return!

Quiet, clean & quaint!

Stephen was a great host. We stay in the area annually and will definitely stay here again. We had everything we needed and the area is very close to a lot of good restaurants, and shops, not to mention a short ride to many awesome beaches. The house was very clean and Stephen answered all our questions and responded very promptly when we needed something. Great spot for a great price! Thank you!!!

Great stay, will be back if I am in town again

Stephen was a great host. The house was exactly what I needed and a good price. Perfect for a solo traveler. Has all the essentials(mini kitchen, bathroom, shower, air conditioning, tv, place to store clothes and a comfortable bed). Felt very safe there and not far from food and stores.
