Spend your evenings on the deck watching breathtaking Lake Martin sunsets while dinner cooks on the charcoal grill. Afterward, gather around the private fire pit and roast marshmallows under the stars. The private dock provides the perfect spot to relax by the water, fish, swim during the summer months, or bring your own boat.

🛏️ Comfortable Sleeping & Living Space

The cottage features a comfortable king-size bed, TV, and dedicated work space in the bedroom. The living room offers additional sleeping accommodations with a queen-size sleeper sofa, making the cottage a great option for couples or small families.

🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need during your stay and includes both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker — because lake mornings are better with coffee! A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use.

🚤 Private Dock & Lake Access

Enjoy your own private dock, perfect for tying up your boat, fishing, relaxing, or spending time on the water.

During summer pool season (April–October), the lake is at full water levels, providing excellent access for swimming, boating, fishing, and enjoying the dock. Reach out to Lake Life Living & Rentals if you are interested in adding a boat to your reservation. We will arrange for it to be delivered right to the dock for your convenience.

Please note: From November through March, Lake Martin water levels are lowered as part of Alabama Power's seasonal conservation program. During these winter months, boats cannot access the private dock. Boats can still be launched from public boat ramps throughout the year, but they must be removed from the lake each day.

Kayaks can be carried into the water and enjoyed year-round, making it possible to experience the lake even during the winter months.

🐾 PET POLICY & FEE

We love furry guests! Up to 2 dogs are welcome with approval. 

A $150 pet fee per stay (per pet) applies, whether the pets belong to the registered guests or are visiting with your guests during your stay.

Guests must agree to our pet rules: Please do not allow them on any furniture or beds. Do not leave them alone in the house ever. Always pick up after they use the bathroom outside. Please keep them on a leash when outside. 

The pet fee is due upon arrival at the home and can be paid by Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or check.

Guests are responsible for their pets at all times and for any damage, excessive cleaning, or additional costs caused by their pets.
