Hi! I'm Phillip and I'm a professional host of vacation rentals in Florida. I grew up in Ohio where I lived most of my life. I'm optimistic, cheerful, and love communicating with people. I take real pleasure in hosting and helping people explore central Florida and its surroundings! The home is centrally located on a private corner lot in Lakeland, just a short drive from Disney and Universal Orlando, Busch Gardens, and the beaches of Tampa Bay! Take an evening stroll to one of the serene surrounding lakes. Adjacent to famous Lake Hollingsworth and within close proximity of downtown Lakeland and the RP Funding Center. Perfect for guests hoping to take advantage of all that Florida offers as a destination from one central location.

Attention to detail always makes the difference! You will notice upon entry to the home that it is kept immaculately and entirely renovated to the most modern standards. My wife Tina is a germaphobe and her hyper focus on the cleanliness of the home, linens, towels, etc is our most complimented feature. I truly enjoy providing great experiences for my guests and I am constantly looking for feedback to improve. You will find that I am always accessible and eager to learn of anything that might increase your comfortability. My primary goal as a host is to surpass expectations!
