The listing was accurate. This location is great - very close to the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed having the pool - it wasn't too crowded, as people came and went. From the townhouse, you have a view of the pool, so you can see how crowded it is before you decide to go. The larger bedrooms have a huge amount of drawer and shelf space - easy to put everything you bring. The keycode to the door worked well, and it was more convenient than needing a key.

We had an amazing week.

The townhouse, the location, the shore and the boardwalk made for the perfect end of summer trip for my mom brother and I. The elevator and pool on the propert were perfect for my mom who has mobility issues and found both useful but the area itself (& the view from the house) was lovely. We are 100% hoping to spend a week there again next summer.

Great time in Seaside

We loved the property & Gene the property manager. The major issue was the tv was not working in all rooms. Gene came numerous times to fix & Janet called us with concern, but we still wanted to watch when we went to bed or woke up. Other small issues, were that there was nowhere to hang towels in one of the 4th floor bathrooms & the gym in the garage isn't really a gym (lots of stuff on equipment) We weren't using it, but others might want to. Otherwise, the place was well stocked, decorated nicely and we had a ball!

Fraudulently altered beautiful place right across from the boardwalk!

What a beautiful condo, and right across the boardwalk. Having a pool and the elevator in the condo was the crescendo! Janet was a fantastic host who communicated with me at all times. Thank you for lending us your place for our family vacation. This condo was perfect for all ages.

Beautiful Townhouse!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully designed, very clean. Very upscale, well-equipped kitchen. You have a sliver of an ocean view, but the walk to the beach is less than a minute. Very nice quite complex, nice pool, good location. Host was very attentive to questions and problems and helped to resolve things quickly. I would suggest bringing your own bath linens in addition to your beach towels. Our biggest issue was with Seaside Heights: definitely not the quaint coastal town I was imagining. The boardwalk was okay, not my favorite but the younger family members liked it. On our first day there, the beach was a complete garbage dump. This town is not a beautiful, quiet, quaint coastal town. But we live and learn - and truly enjoyed this beautiful townhouse for a week.

Amazing overall

The property itself was super nice. Close to the beach and boardwalk, good privacy with the gates, and inside had plenty of space for all of us! Janet was AMAZING and helped with any questions we had. She even reached out prior to our stay to let us know of tickets on sale for the arcade for the kids. Great communication and customer service. We will be back!
