Mares Felizes at Mariner’s Cove offers the perfect blend of style, luxury, location, and coziness. Extra-clean and thoughtfully appointed, this newly-remodeled studio with fully-supplied kitchenette and parking included is steps from the shore and so close to all New Smyrna Beach has to offer.
You’ll take in beautiful sunrises from the balcony and all the little extras our guests LOVE—beach gear, fully-appointed kitchenette, luxury linens, complementary coffee bar and much more.
We make it easy for you to get away, relax, enjoy and explore.
The space
Studio (sleeps 4) with oceanview balcony, 2 free parking spaces, well-appointed kitchenette, WiFi, cable tv—clean, clean, clean! Fourth floor elevator, Murphy bed (full) pull-out day bed ( king), and new, firm foam mattresses.
Guest access
Easy check-in with digital keypad.
Other things to note
Mariner’s Cove is scheduling final repairs to certain areas of the building and common areas as it is in the very final stage of its multi-year renovations. We will always inform you as soon as we know of potential disruptions.

With decades of experience in hospitality and service-related industries, we opened Mares Felizes in August 2023 with the hope of helping people create memories. We chose a place for your (and, occasionally our) enjoyment in a family-friendly community, soooo close to the beach, and with everything you want from a "let's getaway" experience.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
We wanted to be right across from the park and beach with easy, year-round access to both just steps away. You'll love the "beach life" community with shopping, art, museums and culture, wildlife--and so much more to do, so close to our front door. Mariner's Cove just went through a multi-million dollar renovation and everything is (almost) completely ready for making memories with no fuss.
