Our studio is beautifully decorated with art from local artists.
This studio is across the street from the ocean and walking distance to some amazing restaurants. It’s also an 8 min drive to the famous Flagler ave which is filled with restaurants, bands, boutiques, and more.
Everything you need is right here in New Smyrna Beach.

We had such an amazing weekend staying at the Mermaid Dream Cove. The studio condo was very clean and accommodating. Everything we wanted to do in the area was 10-15 min drive. The condo backs up to the pool for easy access and the beach entrance is right across the street. I was very happy with the ease and cleanliness of this condo. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean. Everything worked great. The bed was also very comfortable. My only complaint is the amount of people smoking around the property. It seemed like the outside always smelled a cigarette smoke.Luckily, the the room was very clean and smelled as such.
