Ah, but the balcony… a special corner where you can unwind and feel closer to those around you. Every space here is designed for you to enjoy at your own pace.
💡 Power Grid in Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico's power grid can experience occasional interruptions due to weather or infrastructure issues. While we do our best to provide a comfortable stay, please be aware that power outages may occur. No refunds will be issued due to power disruptions, as this is a common part of island living.
🔑 Lost Keys Policy
There is a fee of $15 for each lost key. Example: 3 lost keys = $45.

One of my favorite features is the Miami-style windows – they let in tons of natural light and offer gorgeous views of the neighborhood.
We know how important convenience is, so we’ve got private parking just for you. No need to stress about finding a spot or worrying about your car’s safety. Our private parking means you can come and go with ease.
