This beautifully remodeled townhome on the bayside of the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® will be your favorite beach destination. Enough room for 8 people and 2 golf carts included to cruise the resort will have you wanting to come back year after year. The thoughtful design and attention to detail in this property will make you feel right at home with everything you need.
Guest parking is available at the front door of the townhome, along with the 2 golf carts available for renter use to go to the beach, or to the shops and restaurants and entertainment throughout the resort. This townhome also comes with resort tram passes to use as well.
The townhome has a wonderful open concept layout on the first floor with a full kitchen, dining area, living area and screened porch overlooking the lake, golf course and marina. You will also find a half bathroom and newly constructed bunk room and queen sleeper sofa for convenience on the first floor. On the second floor you will find a master suite with private balcony and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and also an en suite bathroom. There is also a full size washer & dryer on the 2nd floor.
